We stayed for 2 nights during July, checked in at 9:30 pm. Upon arrival the parking lot was clean, well-lit and cameras were visible. The staff was friendly and greeted us right away. Check-in was simple and quick. However we did notice that the lobby, hallways, and room were unpleasantly hot. The lobby was so hot we questioned if the A/C was broken. The room upon entering was 94 degrees Fahrenheit. It was unbearable. We unloaded our belongings into the room and set the wall A/C unit to its lowest temperature and highest fan setting. We retreated back to our vehicle for 20 minutes to give the room a chance to cool down. The room cooled down to 77 degrees after one hour and 20 minutes. The continental breakfast was good. Pasty, fresh fruit and hot eggs & tea/coffee. The room was clean and the hot water was plentiful. The bed was comfortable too. Check out was simple, just dropped the cards in the basket at the desk in the lobby and that was it.

The staff wrongly charged us. They took $250 from our bank card and did not inform us about the charge. when we called on 6/25/2025, they said that we smoked in the room which we never smoke anywhere or any time.

Clean and quiet

It was a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable! We will return.

The hotel had plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room I was in had a balcony so could open the door and get a breeze or sit on the balcony. Came with breakfast. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

We stay here on the weekends we visit aging family. This is a good hotel and always a nice stay. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is clean.

It was great!

Room itself was great. Breakfast was amazing. But there is a moldy smell in the 1st floor common area of the building where the rooms were. We had to walk past it every time we returned to our room. FYI. I was in room 210. Fixing that would make the stay perfect.

The front desk was courteous and efficient in providing a great room for my stay. I also eas very satisfied with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The bedding seemed new as well as the bath towels were definitely clean and fresh. I had a second floor room with a private balcony and a great view for being near the Sacramento valley. The breakfast was very good including the assortments of coffee’s and juices. You could make your own delicious waffles and the fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted fruits, muffins and cereals were bountiful. I definitely recommend this place to any travelers or visitors to this area of Rocklin or Sacramento.

Nice stay

Enjoyed the spacious room, the microwave a fridge. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

Will be reaching out to their Corporate Offices by means of calling them on the phone and also filing Complaints with the State Attorney General’s office of CA, the BBB of the State of California, the ADA for non-compliance regarding lack of inadequate Handicapped parking spaces near my assigned hotel room, #215, which was supposed to be a King Sized room for (2) adults staying (1) night. The room was very poorly cleaned, with (2) unwrapped drink cups in the bathroom, an opened/used box of Kirkland Kleenex in the tv/bedroom area, no Do Not Disturb sign, no telephone directory, no coffee maker in room, toilet seat was loose (falling off basin/bowl area every time you sat down to use it), shower water temp turned up way too high (burned my skin barely turning shower water on), dust on all the furniture/glass, A/C unit extremely noisy (motor should be checked/serviced asap, garbage/candy/gum wrappers around legs and under bed as if nobody has swept the area in weeks/months, toilet paper roll in bathroom on the dispenser, had already been used (should have a brand new roll on dispenser for every new guest upon check-in, only enough towels in bathroom for 1 guest and I reserved room for (2) adults, with a one night stay. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel unless you like wasting your hard earned money on a place where the staff doesn’t care about customer service, only their paychecks and you not interrupting their breaks/cellphone screen time.

I think the a/c could use improvement. Took all night for the room to cool down
