スリッパがあると嬉しかったです。部屋の中はずっと裸足で過ごしました。

◆駐車場◆ ホテルエントランスの隣に、地下駐車場入口（シャッターが降りている）がある。 自分で駐車すれば18ドル、スタッフに依頼すると25ドルとのこと。 極端に駐車が苦手でなければ、自分で駐車しても問題ない。 （東京都内の立体駐車場の方がよっぽど狭い） 車庫出し時には、ルームキーをかざせばシャッターが開く仕組みなので、 チェックアウト前に、車を出しておく必要がある。 ◆室内◆ 決して広くはないが、清潔で心地よい。 可動式シャワーであることも日本人からは好まれるポイントだと思う。 お湯の出も良く、排水も良いので、バスタブの中でお湯が溜まることは無かった。 ◆スタッフ◆ チェックイン時は若い男性２人が対応。 学生かなと思うくらい若く、色々話しかけてくるので、 （良い意味で）高級ホテルっぽくなかった。 チェックアウト時は、エレガントな男性が対応。

湾に面した好ロケーション。 島で一番大きいホテル。日本人観光客も多く利用している。 部屋は清潔、街の中心部に近く大変便利。

部屋が広くて清潔、大変好感が持てる　スタフも親切　丁寧　大変良好 交通の便が悪くタクシーのみ　この地では最高級ホテルと認定できる

赤毛のアンツアー含めて観光で３泊しました 7月5日とややハイシーズンのため料金は高めでした 部屋はパーシャルオーシャンビュー（ホテル入口の真上の５F）でしたが オーシャンビューの部屋であれば結構いい眺めだと思います シャーロットタウンの繁華街がすぐそばでとっても便利でした

Both property and staff were excellent. The pool on site was loses during our stay but they made arrangements with a neighbouring hotel to use their facilities

It certainly was not a $350 a night hotel, the rooms were dated, fan didnt work in bathroom, wasnt overly clean. Entire hotel looked like it needed a cleaning. Pool area was ok, but the maintenance guy was doing his "cleanup" testing of water etc an hour before the pool closed. Nothing like a relaxing stint in the hottub with the mechanical room open and someone working in there. Rails going into the pool and the hot tub were loose. Hotel in general is in need of a major reno. Looks like a cheap hotel, certainly not one worth the money they charge, especially during the "off" season and mid-week. Parking underground was very sketchy, and extra cost even though there was no other parking available.. $25 was way too much.

The staff was very courteous and accommodated us nicely. However, even though this listing said there was a hot tub available for use (which is why we booked this hotel versus other options), it was closed for renovations. We were disappointed. But the room was fine and we had a nice stay.

Pros: Location is wonderful. Rooms are large, spacious and relatively comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Cons: thin walls of rooms, could hear my neighbours as if they were in my room. Very dry room with no humidifier

Ther only problem I had with the stay was there was some mold around the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I do find the wood millwork in the common areas is a little dated, but it would be a major undertaking to change it, so they have done a nice job to update the look of the space as much as possible. Still looks high end. The beds were great, the room was modern and decorated nicely, perfect location, terrific view and the pool area is as nice as any. I really have a soft spot for this place and throughly enjoyed my stay.

Staff as per usual were Exceptional! This is our third Christmas on the island and will return and make staying at the Delta our new Tradition!
