スリッパがあると嬉しかったです。部屋の中はずっと裸足で過ごしました。

◆駐車場◆ ホテルエントランスの隣に、地下駐車場入口（シャッターが降りている）がある。 自分で駐車すれば18ドル、スタッフに依頼すると25ドルとのこと。 極端に駐車が苦手でなければ、自分で駐車しても問題ない。 （東京都内の立体駐車場の方がよっぽど狭い） 車庫出し時には、ルームキーをかざせばシャッターが開く仕組みなので、 チェックアウト前に、車を出しておく必要がある。 ◆室内◆ 決して広くはないが、清潔で心地よい。 可動式シャワーであることも日本人からは好まれるポイントだと思う。 お湯の出も良く、排水も良いので、バスタブの中でお湯が溜まることは無かった。 ◆スタッフ◆ チェックイン時は若い男性２人が対応。 学生かなと思うくらい若く、色々話しかけてくるので、 （良い意味で）高級ホテルっぽくなかった。 チェックアウト時は、エレガントな男性が対応。

湾に面した好ロケーション。 島で一番大きいホテル。日本人観光客も多く利用している。 部屋は清潔、街の中心部に近く大変便利。

部屋が広くて清潔、大変好感が持てる　スタフも親切　丁寧　大変良好 交通の便が悪くタクシーのみ　この地では最高級ホテルと認定できる

赤毛のアンツアー含めて観光で３泊しました 7月5日とややハイシーズンのため料金は高めでした 部屋はパーシャルオーシャンビュー（ホテル入口の真上の５F）でしたが オーシャンビューの部屋であれば結構いい眺めだと思います シャーロットタウンの繁華街がすぐそばでとっても便利でした

午前中に到着したにもかかわらず、すぐチェックインして部屋を用意してくれた。 部屋は広く、スーツケース２個を開けても楽々のスペース。 部屋からハーバーも見え、防音対策もされていて快適だった。

中国系団体が多く、中国人スタッフがレセプションにおり、親切な対応をして貰いました。ミュージカルのチケット手配や、金庫が部屋になくレセプション後方に昔ながらの金庫を紹介してくれました。

シャーロットタウンの空港からレンタカーで15分ほど。道も簡単で迷いません。海に近く、周辺にはショッピング、レストランが多数。PEIのアイスクリーム「COW's」も近くに２件あります。私が泊まった部屋は３階で、建物の屋根が窓と同じ高さであまり良い眺めではありませんでしたが、海も少し見えました。ツインベッドは快適で清潔でした。バスタブ、ハンドシャワーありで満足。コーヒーメーカーと冷蔵庫もあります。フロントの人も親切でした。ホテルの地下が駐車場でゲストは１日１７ドルです。シャーロットタウンに行くならお勧めのホテルです。ホテルの目の前のイタリアンもお勧めです。

Great staff

It would have been nice to know that there were renovations going on, and maybe that should’ve been reflected in the room rate. Also, the floor in the men’s change room at the pool is absolutely filthy, according to the bottom of my feet. Wear flip-flops or something. Other than that, the property is excellent. Great bed, great room, great breakfast, excellent sleep, not dry and good temperature.

Friebdly staff. Clean facilities.

I had booked the hotel to enjoy the hot tub however kids kept jumping in even after I told them not to. It needs some staff supervision. The hallways were very noisy.

I walked in. They told me the room was clean, but it needed to be inspected. I waited 20 minutes then when I got to the room, it was the wrong room queen size bed not a king size bed what I paid for small then started watching TV and realized it was adjoining room And she told us to turn the TV down so I left at 1 o’clock in the morning with no refund

The Delta has always been one of my favourite hotels in Charlottetown. It always smells nice. Staff are so friendly. I love the parking option especially in winter since it’s indoor. Three elevators so they are quick. Rooms are a good size. Beds are comfortable.

There was no hand soap in the room. I completed online check in but then still had to check in. They charged me $21 for parking then told me parking was free that night but I still had to pay. Huge line to check out.

Staff were very friendly and harbour view from room was nice. This said, the first room we were given had construction materials and tools in the washroom and drywall dust over everything. Moved immediately to a room with harbour view. The second room had a nice view, but several inconvenices made for less than an ideal stay. The heat fan was so loud that it woke me up everytime it came on and it was too cold to turn off. The room was located directly across from the elevator and conversations could be heard clearly as guests waited. Little inconveniences like the toilet paper handle was broken and hair in the shower. Location was convenient as the event we attended was in the same hotel. In hindsight, I would have booked with a different hotel in the area, offering significantly better prices and probably would have provided a better overall experience
