スリッパがあると嬉しかったです。部屋の中はずっと裸足で過ごしました。

◆駐車場◆ ホテルエントランスの隣に、地下駐車場入口（シャッターが降りている）がある。 自分で駐車すれば18ドル、スタッフに依頼すると25ドルとのこと。 極端に駐車が苦手でなければ、自分で駐車しても問題ない。 （東京都内の立体駐車場の方がよっぽど狭い） 車庫出し時には、ルームキーをかざせばシャッターが開く仕組みなので、 チェックアウト前に、車を出しておく必要がある。 ◆室内◆ 決して広くはないが、清潔で心地よい。 可動式シャワーであることも日本人からは好まれるポイントだと思う。 お湯の出も良く、排水も良いので、バスタブの中でお湯が溜まることは無かった。 ◆スタッフ◆ チェックイン時は若い男性２人が対応。 学生かなと思うくらい若く、色々話しかけてくるので、 （良い意味で）高級ホテルっぽくなかった。 チェックアウト時は、エレガントな男性が対応。

湾に面した好ロケーション。 島で一番大きいホテル。日本人観光客も多く利用している。 部屋は清潔、街の中心部に近く大変便利。

部屋が広くて清潔、大変好感が持てる　スタフも親切　丁寧　大変良好 交通の便が悪くタクシーのみ　この地では最高級ホテルと認定できる

赤毛のアンツアー含めて観光で３泊しました 7月5日とややハイシーズンのため料金は高めでした 部屋はパーシャルオーシャンビュー（ホテル入口の真上の５F）でしたが オーシャンビューの部屋であれば結構いい眺めだと思います シャーロットタウンの繁華街がすぐそばでとっても便利でした

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Location is great and you have good shopping and dinning options close by. Great overall experience — would definitely stay here again.

Overall this is a decent hotel. Where it falls apart is the price for a night. At over $600.00 with tax, this property has no redeeming qualities that separate it from any other standard two queen bed hotel room in the $200 or so range. The details that I notice that lower my appreciation in the room are, a low end tub and faucet. The main door leaking light as it doesn't close tight and therefore allows sound to enter. Only two creamers for the coffee. Paper coffee cups that don't fit the machine very well. Our coffee machine didn't work properly. No bar fridge. No Delta bathroom toiletries for us just bottles on the wall, no slippers or robes etc etc. For $600 plus dollars... Breakfast was not included and we didn't know that. Cost $25.00 each for a mid level breakfast. Decent but again for $600.00 plus per night should have been included and much nicer. So overall, nice place, good staff but way overpriced.
