寝るだけと考えて選びました。 タオルがきれいに洗濯されていなかったようで、汚れが付いていて気持ち悪かったです。 ベッドのスプリングもイマイチで、あまりよく眠れませんでした。 でも、きれいに清掃はされてました！

What was unique is that the hotel was connected to a mall, underground parking, pool on the highest floor and overseeing downtown. The staff was amazing and very informative.

Check in was a nightmare. We got there at about 3:45 and the lineup took hours .

We had a very good stay for our anniversary

The room was not cleaned properly. There was food left in the drawer from previous customer that was not thrown away. The sofa in the room had lots of hair and washroom ventilation was not working. It was not mentioned at the parking pay machine that the parking fee can be paid at reception. We ended up paying extra fee at the reception later to cover up the time until check out as parking payment downstairs was only good until 6am next day. Overall it was not a good experience.

Except parking everything was great.

Very comfortable and great location

Love the location and the accessibility to the mall and other locations without having to venture outside. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.

The Security was excellent and the hotel staff was great! The only thing I didn't like was the parking rate; it should have been reduced a bit for hotel guests.

Nice hotel. Needs more ice machines. Only one working in entire hotel. No towels left available for the pool. Over all good hotel.

Conveniently located

I find that hotels cost more and more and you get less and less. The drain was pugged and you had to shower in basically a bath, we asked for it to be fixed and it was not. Grubby small bar of soap to wash hands, didn’t refil Kleenex, pool and cold plunge was dirty. Disappointing for the price.

Loved this place so much, staff was very kind, the room was very nice. Beautiful view, our favorite was the gorgeous pool and beautiful gym. The views were so pretty. Only con is parking can be a bit pricey, costs $30 for a night. They gift you a $15 voucher for either food/drinks and the restaurant, unfortunately we didn’t get to use it. Overall though it was fantastic, I highly recommend and we will absolutely be staying here again! one of my favorite places to stay now! Thank You! :)
