エレベーター修理で最上階は辛かった

バスステーションから近かったので、このホテルを選びました。21時30ゴロに飛行機が到着し、22：00のバスでセントロに向かったのですが、女性1人で歩いても特に危険は感じませんでした。途中のスーパーも23時前でも開いていて、食料の調達もできました。目の前が和食のレストラン。 ホテルは古いようですが、飴色の木の手すりや石造りのシャワー（石鹸置き場まで！）室などが重厚で雰囲気があります。WiFiの電波が弱め、2日目に1度数秒の停電が2度あった、など困った点もありましたが、 バスステーション、スーパーが近くにあったので選びました。22：30ごろバスステーションに到着し、女性1人で歩いて向かいましたが、特に危険は感じませんでした。道路を渡るのが難しかったのと、石畳で荷物が引きずりにくかったのを除けば特に困ることもなく、まだ営業していたスーパーで食材を買ってチェックイン。ホテルは古いようですが、飴色の手すりや石造り（石鹸置き場まで！）のシャワー室で重厚感があります。清掃状態墓もなく、不可もなくといった感じ。プールなどはあまり利用したくない水面状態（底はきれい）でした。WiFiが多少不安定なのと、2日目に2度停電（たぶんブレーカーが落ちた）したのを除けば、快適な滞在でした。

下記を踏まえた上で値段なりと捉えられる方へはこのホテルをお勧めしますが、少なくともメキシコのその他地域では同等の値段でも快適と感じるホテルばかりでした。二日も予約してしまった私は、まさにホテルの名の通り後悔(Kokai)の一言です 立地：ホテルエリアではないが、バスターミナルに近いため周辺地域の観光拠点としてはまずまず。レストラン街へは15分ほど歩く必要がある 部屋：部屋のデザインは悪く無いが、湿気が強くカビ臭いため頭が痛くなった。 対応：英語が話せる担当者がいる。サービスのペットボトルと石鹸が先客の使用済品だった(初日のみ) その他：無線インターネット電波が弱く途切れ途切れ。途中からはネットワークの障害も起きたのか全く使えなくなり指摘したが2日間改善して貰えなかった。 また、プール付きだが、狭いし落ち葉だらけで使う気が起きない

El personal de las mañanas de mal humor siempre el Joven del turno de la noche muyyy amable y servicial

Cambie de habitación dos veces por qué no funcionaban los contactos en el escritorio y la última no funcionaba la televisión de la habitación, un poco renuente el personal a realizar el cambio de habitación pero al final se cambió, buena ubicación, buena seguridad y buena limpieza en general

Buen lugar de paso

It seems so unfair to rate hotels, budget or premier, under the same system of just five starts. For what a room cost here, and for it's location, this hotel easily rates four stars. But that would be a bit optimistic on a grand scale. Where it shined was cost (cheap, for Cancun), location (just 1/4 mile from the ADO bus station, which takes you all over the Yucatan), and patience of the staff. They were always willing to provide useful information. Just don't expect a safe in the room, or fancy furnishings. Even still, the bathroom was just fine, the A/C worked perfectly, and I felt very safe in this location. Note: children are highly welcome here. Enjoy!

Sirve y buen ubicación

El hotel, la atención del personal, los alimentos, me parecieron excelentes; sin embargo la reservación realizada y pagada a través de la aplicación "HOTELS.COM", no apareció en el sistema del hotel. Por lo que tuve que pagar nuevamente mi estancia en el sitio. Ahora estoy en un proceso de aclaración con "HOTELS.COM".

El hotel es un asco y te cobran cosas que supuestamente manchas o rompes para sacar dinero extra los empleados, nos pasó a 3 huéspedes a la vez

Excellent place ,localisation, very clean, quiet. Met people from all over the world. Great show. I loved the roof top for sunbathing. Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened. There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely.

La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca del ADO, restaurantes, farmacias. Aunque es pequeño y el establecimiento se ve que tiene sus años, es bastante limpio, más limpio que otros de mayor tarifa.

El hotel modesto, pero muy agradable. Al entrar lo percibes acogedor y limpio. En relación a precio, beneficio excelente.

Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Pool was small and had debris in it. Hot water is shut off from 12:30pm-7:00pm. No english spoken at fron desk
