非常に良かったです。バス停からも近くて便利です。治安が良く安心して過ごせました。部屋も広くて綺麗でした。

ケント駅から徒歩10分、バスセンターから徒歩2分、イングリッシュマーケットから同じく10分程。部屋も綺麗に整えてあり何の問題もありません。バスルームは広くタブ付きでした。スタンダードだったからか冷蔵庫はありませんでした。朝食も、紅茶、コーヒー共にマシンセルフですが、過不足なく楽しめます。

Everything was good and comfortable!

オシャレとは言えないシンプルなホテルですが、接客態度、部屋の清潔感などしっかりしています。街の中心にあるので移動や買い物にも便利です。長期滞在者にも快適なホテルだと思います。

All the Junior staffs were excellence, but the manager a look lady maybe in her 20- or 30s was very rude. I asked to see her to ask about a question it took her ages to come out and even when she came out she was not very attentive. Very reluctant. That treatment was not the best. Other than th and her body language showed negative atitude, the other staffs were super and the food and cleanliness of the hotel was 100%.

La habitación en general estaba desaseada, el baño de la regadera (tina) en malas condiciones, no había ni una botella de agua de cortesía y ni de venta, me di cuenta hasta el día siguiente que había una máquina de bebidas. Nos tocó una habitación del frente y eso provocó que hubiera demasiado ruido, No hicieron el aseo al día siguiente que llegamos, en general no me gustó

Great location

Ordentliches Hotel, aber auch nicht mehr. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man Geduld mitbringen. Wenn es keine Hotelparkplatz mehr gibt, gute Nacht.

Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and generally in good condition. The radiator valve was stiff and so the room could be too warm at night. We didn't bother to request a repair as our stay was short.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The property was clean, but it was dated and located right next to the bus station and so there was loud traffic noise most of the night. The location was good for walking most places in the city center.

The hotel is clearly aged. Everything needs a revamp. The carpet is old and stained in the general areas and worse in the rooms. The room carpet was dusty and looked like it was not vacuumed or steamed. The carpet was peeling off the floors. The tub was stained and black marks from the tub peeling. The shower curtain was just disgusting, the colour of the bottom of the curtain was completely different from the top of the curtain. The towels were just thrown into the shelf. The towels were very hard as if they were not washed properly. The curtains to block the windows were just full of dust. There was old water in the kettle, who knows how long it was in there. Felt like a hostel. The staff at the desk and the restaurant/bar were excellent. The hotel itself just needs help.
