ケント駅から徒歩10分、バスセンターから徒歩2分、イングリッシュマーケットから同じく10分程。部屋も綺麗に整えてあり何の問題もありません。バスルームは広くタブ付きでした。スタンダードだったからか冷蔵庫はありませんでした。朝食も、紅茶、コーヒー共にマシンセルフですが、過不足なく楽しめます。

Everything was good and comfortable!

オシャレとは言えないシンプルなホテルですが、接客態度、部屋の清潔感などしっかりしています。街の中心にあるので移動や買い物にも便利です。長期滞在者にも快適なホテルだと思います。

バスターミナルや駅が徒歩圏内。観光地も徒歩圏内に多い。部屋は快適だが冷蔵庫がないのは残念。

It was centrally located and had a good water view and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Excellent friendly staff especially Magda on reception. Very central hotel Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . Would recommend it and will definitely stay there again

Our room was adequate for a two night stay, however, the pillows were hard. It was a freezing cold day and we had to ask for the heating to be turned on. The room then was warm but we endured hours of cold before the request. There was also a strange banging noise in the same corner of the room throughout the time we were there and once or twice it was enough to make me jump. Don’t know if it was the heating system or not!

Vacanza di piacere con la famiglia. Hotel cin personale gentile, camere spaziose e pulite e colaziine ottima e molto fornita. Vicino al centro e alla stazione dei treni.

Came with my son using public transport and despite torrential rain, we stayed warm and cosy as well as seeing shops, eating both out and in (different days) and taking the train to Cobh to see the exhibitions there. Staff so helpful and nice ! Thank you

Perfect location and great staff!

Great location - by the quay with a view of the river, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the city/shopping center. Very good service and the staff were professional and friendly. Good, spacious room, even for 3 adults, with comfortable beds and good enough amenities (the room had no fridge or safe). Very good breakfast and Christmas dinner. The bar was well stocked and well-lit, though the Christmas-evening bartender could have been more knowledgeable about cocktails.

We had to come over for a funeral last minute and the staff were ever so helpful and friendly when we needed to drop off our bags. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are what make the hotel great though!

The room was small. The decor is worn and tired. The carpets need cleaning. There was no bottled water in the room. It was available from a vending machine in the hallway but for 244€ for an overnight stay it's the least I'd expect.

The rooms we're good. We only need to sleep in there, so it was good enough for that. The bathroom was big and clean. I needed a softer pillow and although they couldn't promise me I'd get one (because all the rooms have the same pillows) I got a softer one. For dinner they didn’t have everything on the menu, which was a bit disappointent. Over all it was a great location, really helpfull staff and good rooms.

Really lovely stay, warm welcome from all staff, warm room’s clean comfy beds well situated for amenities. All in all well worth a visit.

Good location outside the high traffic area of downtown, close enough to walk. Free parking.

Nicole and the team at reception were great, very helpful.

Convenient & comfortable but pricey, considering breakfast came as an addition.
