けっこうキレイなホテル

快適に過ごせました。ホテルのせいではないですが、フランスのデモが活発な時期で、ホテルと駅の間で暴動発生。ホテルの前にまで花火（？）が投げ込まれる状況で、出かけて帰り着くのにくろうしました。

出張で宿泊しました。たまたまホテルが改装工事中だったので、本当のホテルの状態は分かりません。 部屋は広々としていてキレイでした。ヨーロッパにしては珍しく、バスとトイレがセパレート（別々の部屋）になっていました。ホテルのスタッフも皆フレンドリーで、親切に対応してくれました。 Toulouseの多くの観光名所にも歩いて30分以内に行けるので、観光にも便利かと思います。空港からホテルまでは10～15分程の移動で、21ユーロ支払ました。

市街地入り口に位置することで空港からはバスで15分、隣が公園なので場所が気に入っています。市中心部に行くのでも徒歩15分、不便さはありません。

Nous avons passé une nuit merveilleuse, la chambre était spacieuse et très propre, les cocktails délicieux, ainsi que le restaurant. Anaïs, meilleure serveuse, donnez lui une promotion <3

Hotel not a 4 star but in nice grounds and in a good position. Staff were very unfriendly would not serve drinks after 11pm. Breakfast not worth the money

Great hotel, the pool was fantastic for spending the hot afternoons! Bedrooms could do with cooler air conditioning and more plug sockets, but great hotel otherwise and will stay here again (Be aware that a sizeable deposit - 400€ in our case - is charged at check in, but our pending credit charge was updated within an hour of checking out)

Very nice hotel, nice pool, lobby well organized bar, tables , lounges and even a kid section. Food was great

Sehr gute Lage am japanischen Garten. Daher nachts sehr still. U-Bahnnähe, daher ist das ganze Innenstadtgebiet schnell zu erreichen.

Lovely stay during the May heatwave at this hotel. The hotel reception is chic and staff friendly particularly Victoria who gave us lots of advice on walks and local points of interest as well as serving drinks and sorting breakfast. The only downside was the air conditioning that couldn’t cope with the 35 degree days but the fresh pool overlooking the Japanese gardens was just what was needed after mornings sightseeing. A lovely stay for a great price and thank you Victoria and all of the rest of the staff for making our stay special.

Un emplacement incroyable donnant sur le parc, offrant un cadre à la fois paisible et central en ville. Ce sera sans aucun doute mon hôtel de choix pour tous mes futurs séjours à Toulouse. Le personnel a été excellent du début à la fin, à la fois accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider, et les options de restauration étaient également d’un très bon niveau, contribuant à un séjour globalement très agréable.

Personnel agréable . L’hôtel est très bien situé j’ai passé un très bon moment.

一切都很棒，交通也很方便，離市區大概走路25分鐘，也可以做地鐵和巴士，我們住得很舒服！

Palestra davvero piccola, personale qualcuno gentile, qualcuno molto maleducato. 2 mattine su 4 hanno lavato la piazza antistante alle 6 di mattina, e la risposta è stata "non so in Italia ma qua iniziamo presto s lavorare" follia. Parcheggio costoso, 19€. Colazione non provata. Non ci tornerò

Lovely hotel in superb location. Breakfast was as good as it gets in France.

Air con issues and smell from bathroom pipes, old carpets, etc…
