シャワーの温度調節がうまくいかない。すぐ水になったり、熱くしたら熱くなりすぎるし… ティッシュペーパーがすぐ無くなったのに予備が置いてない。

Lovely night, bed comfy, room lovely only complaint is the shower had no pressure so was aweful.. pool lovely breakfast ok shame there wasn’t hash browns was served with roasted new potatoes (weird)

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved how comfortable this hotel was! It is clean, welcoming with great staff and a good selection of healthy breakfast options. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Really nice hotel in a walkable distance from the ferry and cruise terminals.

Hallways and carpets run down, rooms old and in need of doing Jo, toilet seat stained and pool area was not clean and was run down. No one told us we needed a £1 for the locker so had to take bags poolside with us. Very limited seating around the pool

Der Pool wird auch von Nicht-Hotel-Gästen genutzt. Die Garderoben und Duschen sind in einem unterirdischen Zustand. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Hotelzimmer waren in einem guten, wenn auch teilweise stark gebrauchtem Zustand. Bäder sauber und teilweise neu renoviert. Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze.

I was choosing between Holiday Inn and this hotel but because of the swimming pool, I pay a little more for this one. Unfortunately- the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, the fire/smoke alarm was suddenly ringing 7:16am in the morning. Both of us jump right up from bed and couldn’t fall asleep. We was also confused with the signage in the hotel, staff instruction to the car park was confusing… I wish I have booked Holiday Inn

A nice hotel centrally located making it perfect for a stay in southampton. The king room felt spacious and the bed was comfy. The gym had plenty to help me burn off a little bit of the breakfast buffet, which was fresh, tasty and gad plenty of variety. The Pool was nice and warm. Would stay here again

Loved the views from all sides of building. Also, concierge service to get transport to port terminal facilities was excellent!

We chose this hotel and the added expense so we could visit the spa area. Very disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working and the spa area overall was sadly lacking. No robes or slippers provided in the room. The room was clean and large but don't think I would pay to stay here again

The halls and around the property were stinking of cannabis. Dining is very limited Very cold in the room and not much heat after either

Interior needs updating especially in pool area, pool facilities not working. Air Conditioning broke down was so hot unbearable. Room was good, staff were helpful in restaurant, but not in Rena Spa, Afternoon Tea was not worth the money as substitute (twinning) Tea's were used not superior Tea's on the Menu, we paid £71 for this. Room service delivery of £6 on top of £21 for a burger was well over the top. Would not recommend this Hotel

One night pre cruise stay, friendly staff, nice room and a good location

Lovely hotel, great staff, complimentary upgrades, great crew. Will come again.
