シャワーの温度調節がうまくいかない。すぐ水になったり、熱くしたら熱くなりすぎるし… ティッシュペーパーがすぐ無くなったのに予備が置いてない。

I won’t be staying here again. The room was freezing and poorly maintained, the bin wasn’t emptied, the “sea view” was barely a sea view at all, check-in was unhelpful, and the breakfast cutlery was dirty.

Room was nice, especially with black out blinds and quieter than the last stay. Convenient location, good for city centre, west quay and transport.

My stay at the Leonardo Royal although short was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful as usual.

A good stay…. Safe polite and excellent location. Rooms are looking tired but good stay.

Cleanliness of the room could be better, staff weren't very friendly bathrooms require improvements. Otherwise beautiful hotel.

Room was very large, spotless and the staff were very helpful. Food in Leo’s restaurant was excellent.

Convenient location for shops, dining and amenities, with plenty of parking avaliable in the adjacent public car park. We had a superior double with sea view, which was a little tired but clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the curtains didnt span the windows, which gave an ingress of street lighting, then day light, in the middle and at both ends. The pillows were very uncomfortable, either soft and lumpy or far too firm and was surprised to find the housekeeper's master room access card in the bed!!!

Excellent room nice and comfortable

The staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a superior with a balcony. The bedroom itself clean and modern but the wardrobe area and bathroom were quite dated compared. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Both my partner and myself had a very disrupted sleep and both left feeling tired and with back ache.

The receptionist that booked me in was welcoming and my upgrade was much appreciated. Also the concierge was extremely helpful.

The hotel is old, but nice. Staff are helpful. However, bathroom ventilation fan can be cleaned. And the room could be brighter.
