シャワーの温度調節がうまくいかない。すぐ水になったり、熱くしたら熱くなりすぎるし… ティッシュペーパーがすぐ無くなったのに予備が置いてない。

Excelente el desayuno, habitación limpia, personal amable.

We have stayed at Leonardo twice waiting for cruises to come into Port so it is very convenient, however during both stays we were shoveled around to different rooms due to one problem or another. The hotel, no matter how convenient to the port will no longer be our hotel of choice when in Southampton. The maintenance has been deferred too long and the bathrooms are unfriendly to older people. Getting in and out of the bathtub is difficult and dangerous. Their staff is great, breakfast tasty, but the hotel has seen its better days.

Room was very spacious, it would have been nice to have an extra armchair. Bed was comfortable. Lots of good towels. Didn't like not having tv channels to watch, we couldn't stream from our phones.

Nice hotel, great location, nice breakfast and easy parking especially for cruises

This hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Customer Service was outstanding. It’s very very close to the cruise port. There were many restaurant/pubs nearby! We would definitely stay there again!

The concierge lady was most helpful with helping me to book my train to Gatwick.

Una ubicación excelente para moverse a cualquier punto. Cerca de los muelles para los cruceros, comida y acceso al centro de la ciudad y de la estación de trenes para trasladarse a Stonehenge. El hotel tiene instalaciones de primera y el personal muy amable. Excelente para estancia en cualquier forma. Recomendación 100%

Everything generally was good, but the bath tub is to high to get out, I got a standard room for my surprize it had a bath tub too high to get out with wet feet.

I wanted to stay here because of the unusual appearance of the hotel. I paid a bit extra for a balcony room which turned out to be in the 4th floor on the side of the building with a view of the harbour. The room was huge and spotless. I was out for meals so I didn't try the restaurant. There were several lifts but the one nearest my room was glass and was inside the glass triangle. Riding in it was an experience in itself!

I have stayed at this hotel three times and never been disappointed. Central to everything.

Everything was perfect

Fantastic hotel for a low price. My son & 1 had a Sunday night stay meaning we got the price really cheap. We used the gowns & slippers, the pool, breakfast & parking. Location is perfect as it’s walkable to the main town & right on the coast.

Hotel great, service excellent, breakfast great.
