空港から車で30-40分の位置にあり徒歩圏内に歴史的建造物、繁華街、飲食店があり非常に便利な位置にあります。 ホテルのサービスはとてもよく　すべて迅速に丁寧に対応されます。ドアマン、フロント、レストラン、バー、ハウスキーパー　どの方も笑顔でとても親切でした。 ベッドや枕の柔らかさなどすべて快適に過ごせました。

町中にある便利なホテルでした。朝食もおいしく、室内も非常に清潔で、フロントの方々も本当に親切でした。

シティセンターの便利な立地にあり、観光にもお買い物にももってこい。 清潔で高級感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 ヨーロッパでは珍しく熱いお湯が豊富に出たことに感激。

さすがに五ツ星ホテルだけあって、快適に過ごすことができました。 設備が整っており、お湯も豊富に使うことができ、居心地満点でした。

歴史ある建物であることとホテルとしての快適さが両立していること。スタッフの皆様が親身親切で、滞在中、ストームでホテルに缶詰め状態となった時も不安なく過ごせました。ルームサービスもよかった。

Right in center of Dublin. Top grade hotel. Staff were very helpful. Hotel room was one of the best I have stayed in. I would definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel but was anything but a relaxing experience. We had stayed all over Ireland and had planned on our last stop in Dublin to be the relaxing end to a two week trip. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. We got room 307 and for whatever reason the toilet would only flush half of the time. I’d never put much thought into how important having a reliable toilet is on holiday, but it turns out to be very important to me. Maintenance came to the room and told us we had to wait for the water to fill the tank (like we didn’t know how toilets work). The thing is, it wouldn’t flush when you first got in the room. I finally found a trick that if I tried flushing it, then washed my hands, then tried again, I would have around a 75% success rate. My husband was not so lucky. Our adult daughter decided it was just easier to go down to the first floor whenever she had to use the restroom. Our four day stay was more expensive (and stressful) than all the other hotels across Ireland for a week and a half put together, so you can imagine how it feels to have such an expensive hotel room without reliable plumping (not great). I was offered a free drink for my worries but never seemed to get it. They also replaced some parts on the second day, but it wasn’t successful. The first floor public toilet worked and we did love the hotel bar, the cleanliness of our room and the on site restaurants so I’m giving them two stars for that. However, I can never approve of no proper working toilet.

Very nice. The local staff went above and beyond. One gentleman at check out specifically helped me with my luggage after checking out. Some noise from construction.

Room was very clean. Comfy, restful bed. Shower was awesome. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was made up every day.

Good large bedroom with all the amenities. However breakfast was not great. Weak coffee - much better in the bedroom. Orange juice had never seen an orange.
