アクセスもよくて周りはショッピングに適していました。ありがとうございました。

パスポートを紛失したからか、部屋のグレードアップをしていただけました。また、見つけるまでアドバイスなどもいただき、おもてなしが満ち満ちていました。JASTeatを使用しても部屋まで持ってきてくれたりなど最高のホテルでした。

ホテル本館隣の古いアパートメントに部屋が用意されたが、エレベーターはビンテージ物、自分でドア操作が必要。設備は古い。場所はスペイン広場、トレビの泉ら数分県内で便利だが、部屋は狭かった。従業員はフレンドリーなのはよかった。

シャワールームに不備があった際、すぐに別の部屋を用意してくれました。 スタッフの方も笑顔で優しく、とても快適に過ごせました。 barのお兄さんがこちらの要望を詳しく聞いてくれてすごく美味しいカクテルを作ってくれたので、おすすめです。

スタッフ全員大変丁寧な対応を心がけておられた。これまで経験した欧米のホテルでは一番の対応であった。

朝食、スタッフの皆様の対応など全てにおいて満足している。

部屋もすごく可愛らしく、清潔感があってとても良かったです。 地下鉄の駅が歩いて1分で着くところもすごく立地がいいなと思いました。

伝統的なおもてなしが良かった

スタッフはみな親切で、おもてなしの精神を感じた。施設も清潔感があり管理が行き届いていた。ハネムーンとのことで、シャンパンやチョコレート、お祝いのメッセージもいただきとても嬉しかった。改善点は、強いていえば、暖房を消していても部屋が暑かったこと。

ローマで心配というか不安定要素の多い水回りも良く、お部屋も清潔、国際電話無料のIP電話、と、至れり尽せりでした。 ティータイムのお菓子やお茶、そして朝食がどれも美味しく、仕事でその前に滞在した大手有名ホテルよりも快適な滞在でした。フロントの方も親切です。

Awesome location, clean rooms.

The hotel is in a busy area of the city and near a metro station which is good if you will be using the metro to get around. The food options around the hotel were alright. It is near all the attractions in the city. One thing that I didn’t love were the rooms. I am used to bigger and more modern rooms. Also, I love cleanliness and the rooms there were not to my standards Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and the staff made up for the missing pieces.

Everyone at the counter and the gentleman at breakfast were equally as amazing! We were treated with much respect and that’s important because respect did go both ways! Thank you for everyone we dealt with!

Hotel Barocco is a quaint boutique hotel with Italian flair and located in the center of everything we all want to experience while in Rome. Fabio is fabulous, as is the entire staff. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Fabio is fabulous! As is the entire staff at Hotel Barocco. They were very welcoming, friendly, gracious, helpful and attention to detail was Impeccable. Its a quaint boutique hotel with Italian flair and felt like a home away from home staying there. The location was perfect too. Easy, quick access to all the touristy places we all want to experience. Highly recommend and hoping to be back in the future.

Excellent location, excellent staff, walking distance to all important places, rooms are a little small, and no mirrors except in the bathroom. Otherwise it was excellent.

An incredible stay at Barroco Hotel in Rome! The service was exceptional — every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Our room was incredibly clean, spacious, and had an excellent view of the fountain. The hotel is perfectly located in a very central area, making it easy to explore all of Rome. Truly an amazing experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Very friendly staff. Personalized attention. Helpful with directions, taxis. Clean and modern
