アクセスもよくて周りはショッピングに適していました。ありがとうございました。

パスポートを紛失したからか、部屋のグレードアップをしていただけました。また、見つけるまでアドバイスなどもいただき、おもてなしが満ち満ちていました。JASTeatを使用しても部屋まで持ってきてくれたりなど最高のホテルでした。

ホテル本館隣の古いアパートメントに部屋が用意されたが、エレベーターはビンテージ物、自分でドア操作が必要。設備は古い。場所はスペイン広場、トレビの泉ら数分県内で便利だが、部屋は狭かった。従業員はフレンドリーなのはよかった。

シャワールームに不備があった際、すぐに別の部屋を用意してくれました。 スタッフの方も笑顔で優しく、とても快適に過ごせました。 barのお兄さんがこちらの要望を詳しく聞いてくれてすごく美味しいカクテルを作ってくれたので、おすすめです。

スタッフ全員大変丁寧な対応を心がけておられた。これまで経験した欧米のホテルでは一番の対応であった。

朝食、スタッフの皆様の対応など全てにおいて満足している。

部屋もすごく可愛らしく、清潔感があってとても良かったです。 地下鉄の駅が歩いて1分で着くところもすごく立地がいいなと思いました。

伝統的なおもてなしが良かった

スタッフはみな親切で、おもてなしの精神を感じた。施設も清潔感があり管理が行き届いていた。ハネムーンとのことで、シャンパンやチョコレート、お祝いのメッセージもいただきとても嬉しかった。改善点は、強いていえば、暖房を消していても部屋が暑かったこと。

ローマで心配というか不安定要素の多い水回りも良く、お部屋も清潔、国際電話無料のIP電話、と、至れり尽せりでした。 ティータイムのお菓子やお茶、そして朝食がどれも美味しく、仕事でその前に滞在した大手有名ホテルよりも快適な滞在でした。フロントの方も親切です。

インテリアと清潔さはとても行き届いていました。 唯一、外線が部屋からかける時にうまく繋がらず、外からかかってきた電話も雑音が入り大変聞きづらかったです。

We stayed at Hotel Barocco for three nights, and it was truly one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we have ever had. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. There is a warmth and authenticity at this hotel that is rare to find. The atmosphere is incredibly home-like and personal, and you immediately feel less like a guest and more like part of a small family. The staff are simply outstanding. Every single person we met was kind, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to making our stay special. The reception team were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast each morning was a highlight in itself. The gentleman hosting the breakfast service was exceptionally kind and welcoming, greeting us with warmth and recognition every morning, which created such a lovely and relaxed start to the day. During our stay we celebrated both my birthday and our wedding anniversary, and the hotel noticed and acknowledged both occasions in the most thoughtful way. They surprised us with special touches, gifts, and even a little birthday cake. These gestures were so personal and heartfelt that we were genuinely touched. It is rare to experience a hotel where the staff care so much and where hospitality feels so genuine. Everything was simply perfect – the service, the atmosphere, the kindness, and the attention to detail. Hotel Barocco is truly a special place, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very welcoming staff! Cheery smiles especially from Fabio and Stefano were really warm. Breakfast was amazing and gave us energy for all of our explorations of Roma. We enjoyed tea in the evenings. Front desk staff helped us arrange our easy travel to airport. Nice recommendations for dinner and shopping. Our rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The hotel was conveniently located to many of our top sites to visit. When I come back to Roma, I will stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Overall, best part of this hotel is all of the staff that we got to meet, very positive vibes!

Dieses außergewöhnliche und exzellente Hotel befindet sich in bester Lage im Herzen von Rom. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus besticht durch seine wunderschöne, stilvolle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Einrichtung. Die Zimmer sowie die Bäder sind äußerst sauber und werden täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Personal: außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Man spürt die echte Gastfreundschaft und das große Engagement jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Dadurch fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohl. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Es war jeden Morgen eine große Freude, dort zu frühstücken. Individuelle Wünsche wurden umgehend und mit größter Aufmerksamkeit erfüllt. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum traumhaft, und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Ein großes Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, das jeden Tag mit viel Einsatz dazu beiträgt, den Aufenthalt für seine Gäste unvergesslich zu machen.

Our 3 night stay was absolutely fantastic, the staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had an amazing stay. Our room on the 4th floor was spotlessly clean and what can I say about the breakfast: it was really delicious with a great choice of dishes cooked to order. Would not hesitate to stay here again as was convenient to so many places in Central Rome, we loved every minute.

O quarto era impecável, o atendimento muito gentil e acolhedor. As comodidades do hotel como o bar e a recepção trazem bastante conforto.

I love the location close to the subway station berrini so i could get from the airport or anyware. The staff is very attentative especialy the breakfast matrade. Breakfast was great all fresh and fresh orange juice. Very clean room and great bed. Will be back
