広くて、洗濯機と乾燥機があり 景色も最高でした。

キッチンカウンターの上には食べ物のカス、しまってある皿はどう見ても洗ってないものがあり、スプーンには汚れがこびりついていた。 キッチン周りに蟻も多くいた。

そんなに新しい建物ではありませんが、サーファーズパラダイス中心部にあり、トラム駅も近いし、とにかく便利でした。フロントの女性も明るく丁寧に対応して頂き、とても有り難かったです。 リバービューなので、泊まる前はうーん。という思いでしたが、いざ見てみたら遠くの山も見えて見晴らしが良くてとても素敵です！ ただ、残念だったのは、毛布にダニがいて刺されてしまった事。 （次の日からは毛布を乾燥機にかけてから使ったら大丈夫でしたが…） それ以外は、洗濯機・食洗機などの電化製品設備も新しくて言うことなしです。 リピートしようと思っています！

空調設備が整った明るく静かな部屋。バルコニーはリバービュー。 トラブルにも素早く対応してくれスタッフもフレンドリーでした

２Bedroomに３泊しました。 フロントが閉まってからのチェックインだったので、鍵の受け取り、エレベーターの使い方などに少々戸惑いました。 チェックアウトも早朝だったので、結局、滞在中一度もホテルの方とお会いしませんでした。 チェックアウト時は、鍵を返却用のボックスに入れるだけです。 部屋からの、眺めは最高です。朝は色々な鳥の鳴き声で目を覚まし、広いキッチンで朝食を準備できます。 アメニティは、石鹸とバスタオル、フェイスタオルが人数分とヘアードライヤー、洗濯機（洗剤一回分つき）、乾燥機、アイロン台もありました。キッチンは電子レンジ、食洗機、湯沸かしポット、オーブンつきです。 もちろん食器もひと通りあります。 ホテルよりも安くて部屋は何倍もあります。次回ゴールドコーストに行く機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

The location is fantastic. For the price range, it was great. Few maintenance issues to be expected with the age of the building but super friendly staff and well equipped apartment.

This is one of the better places I have stayed at while at Surfers Paradise. The view was magnificent, central to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic view from our 2 bedroom apartment and great pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property definitely in need of some TLC in places, but it didn't negatively impact our stay.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The Apartments are located in an excellent location for shopping, dining, recreational activities and 'chilling out'. The apartment met all the functional requirements including a great view of the river / canal system.

Beautiful area with river views — the balcony is the highlight. However, the building is quite old and only provides minimal essentials like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

Moorings on Cavill is a decent property in an excellent position if you want to immerse yourself in the "kulcha" of Cavill Avenue without being up in its guts. The superior apartment was spacious and looked after, though very aged. If you're staying through a weekend, be aware of the Cowboy bar next door and little to no soundproofing within Moorings on Cavill. Saturday night was the only real issue, with the club open til 3am and party boats passing on the river until midnight. Cowboys and cowgirls get LOUD - and why shouldn't they be as they try to lassoo a specimen of the opposite gender for some bucking bull action? I'd suggest earplugs if you require a decent sleep. The apartments are across the road from a Woolworths and chemist and an easy walk to Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise beach. The tram stop is also very convenient and, while we didn't use it, there's a council ferry stop right next door. BYO face washers and beach towles as only regular bath towels, hand towles and bath mats are provided.
