I reserved a balcony room so that I could enjoy sitting outside with my daughter. The room that I was assigned at check-in had a table, but no chairs. I then had to go back to reception to get another room. Thankfully my new room had chairs, but the television did not work. I've stayed at Marriott hotels many times and never had this type of experience - I expect better. That being said, the Marriott team was professional and helpful.
