バンコク旅行中、このホテルに泊まって素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。あらゆる面で期待を上回っていました。まず印象的だったのは、ホテル全体が非常に清潔で、きちんと管理されていたことです。客室は清潔で、バスルームはピカピカに輝き、廊下や共用エリアも滞在中ずっと清潔に保たれていました。ハウスキーピングチームは毎日素晴らしい仕事をしてくれ、それがさらに快適な滞在をさらに高めてくれました。ホテルはバンコクの中心部に位置し、街の観光に非常に便利な絶好のロケーションです。中心部に位置しながらも、ホテル自体は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、観光で疲れた一日の後にリラックスするのに最適です。清潔さ、快適さ、そして最高の立地を兼ね備えたこのホテルは、私のバンコク旅行を本当にスムーズで思い出深いものにしてくれました。またぜひ泊まりたいですし、バンコクを訪れる人にも自信を持っておすすめします。

クルンテープ棟に宿泊しました。ホテルの施設からは少し離れていましたが、シャングリラ棟への無料シャトルバスが運行されており、ラウンジ、レストラン、プールなど、あらゆる場所へ簡単に行くことができました。 朝食は素晴らしく、種類も豊富でした。 アイコンモールへの無料ボートシャトルも本当にありがたかったです。 強くお勧めします。

部屋はとても広く、清潔で快適でしたが、少し時代遅れでした。ベッドサイドに充電ポイントがなかったので、充電できませんでした。期待していた通りの設備で、支払った料金に見合う価値はほぼありました。

Ms. Dao, front desk staff was very rude and took a mask during talking. Another customer who talked to her before me, she also complained on her unkindness. Hotel should develop her service mind as good hotelier.

Located near bangkok riverside and very convenient if you want to go to Siam square, icon Siam because the bts saphan Taksin station is just few hundreds meters away.

Perfect. Lux design of bedroom and very clean, best river view from balcony, best location, next to BTS, boat and ferry station, ICONSIAM only 5 minutes. We can find food bazaar also next to hotel. Nice staff restaurant and bar next to the river.

Sofa in the room stale smell and too old, no separated kitchen for cook halal food.

I ordered smoking room but got complaint because smoking in the room. Seriously? Re-confirmed to the front desk and they confirmed my room is smoking room :(

Special thanks to shangrila bangkok pool bar staff which name is golf, he treat and service my wife and son like his own family, very nice guy with excellent service. But most of staff and waiter or waitress from next 2 restaurant need more training how doing warm welcome and how to smile to their customer, please treat your guest without see where their from and skin colour.

Recommended deluxe river view room with great night view facing the river. The hotel also offers free shuttle boat to Asiatique, the modern night market with hourly frequency. Please book earlier to ensure seat availability. Suggest the hotel to increase frequency or size of the boat to occupy more paxs.
