DO NOT STAY HERE! DIRTY, RUNDOWN,UNSAFE, TOO MANY STAIRS.

They are pet friendly as advertised, the room was perfect for our accompanying dog

Very basic but the bed was quite comfortable

Convenient to Garden of Gods, Rock Ledge Ranch, Manitou Springs

Arrived at the hotel after a long 6hr drive, I checked into the hotel and the front clerk greeted me and asked me for my ID, after seeing my last name he started talking to me in spanish assuming that I spoke spanish, so I responded in english, I got to my room exhausted after carrying my luggage up a flight of stairs only to look at the room to be uncleaned. I figured I would handle this matter in the morning, after 5 hrs of being checked in, I talk to the clerk after breakfast, and was told I can move rooms. The second room was an instant smell of Mold that was growing in the bathroom. I immediately asked for a refund to move hotels, I paid for 4 days, and was told I am only getting back my money for 3 days, because I stayed there for a few hrs and shouldve immediately went to talk to the clerk, I was tired and exhausted. I was told that I have to get a hold of the GM, Nilay Patel, who is never in the office and I was told by the front desk clerk that they wont give me a refund per office policy and would only be able to get a refund from the GM. This hotel needs to be condemned with all the filth growing in this place and someone is going to get sick. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or do business with La Quinta again. This place is a 0/10.

Fire alarm in my room was going off. The battery in it was dead. I had to call front desk multiple times. It took a while before maintenance came in to take care of it. The coffee maker in my room was broke. The floor in my room was sticky. Breakfast was very limited, not a lot of good options. The hotel was also quit noisy. The neighborhood seemed to be safe.

Walls are very thin and people screaming at their kids all hours of the night.

This property is like trying to exist in an Escher drawing. Ramos up and down. Go up to go down. Room on the third floor took TWENTY MINUTES to get hit water on the shower. Breakfast was less than minimal iyou didn’t want a waffle and a hard boiled egg. That was what was on offer. It was half as expensive as anywhere else so there’s that. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

I checked out shortly after checking in because of the cleanliness of the place. It was so bad even my kids were uncomfortable be there. The staff was helpful to check us out quickly after I told them I didnt feel comfortable staying there.

Personal Great Very Clean Great Breakfast

Total disaster and incompetence at checkin in.I did check in on line a day before and I thought all i have to do is pickup a key.Mr Patel at checki in told me that they do not have a room for me and i should call Expedia and make changes.Tried to call toll free # but Expedias system is not working

So I had originally booked a suite and specifically called two days before letting them know that I would be there at midnight and asked if I could check in. They told me I could, but when I got to the front desk, they told me that they would not have a suite available for me that I already paid for And that they would have to switch me rooms and on top of that my room keys did not work

Room was not cleaned, they charged me more than what i was told, there was no hot water, the A/C didn't work, and the door seals were non-existent so water and cold came through with every gust.

This was a last-minute stay due to poor weather conditions. The room was spacious, but not squeaky clean. Breakfast was your standard continental, including bagels, waffles and cereal. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stop, this hotel was suffice.

Price reflected quality of room and building overall. Overall was middle of the road type of room.
