ビーチフロントのお部屋に、8回程常宿として宿泊してますが、とても快適、ロケーション抜群。レストランやアクセスも良いら

部屋が狭かった

普通に綺麗だったと思いますが、シャワー室から少し水が漏れました。 それ以外は快適でした。 朝食もクチコミ以上にいろいろあって、ゆっくりたべれました。

スタッフの方はとても親切で、私たちの要望を聞いてくれました。 お部屋はとても眺めの良いオーシャンビューで、可愛らしいインテリアが素敵でした。バスル

ロケーションはもちろん素晴らしかったし、朝食がとても美味しかった。

スタッフの接客レベルが低すぎて、というか接客する気がない態度が非常に不快でした。 設備も古く、直す気無し感が伝わってきます。 ニースはとても素敵な場所なのに残念です。

レストランは海をみながら快適で、食事が美味しい。 部屋はシティビューのためか、カビ臭く、またエアコンの風がベッドにまともにあたって、鼻と喉を痛めた。 バスルームにタオル掛けがなくタオルの置き場に困る。 エレベーターにセキュリティがないので、誰でも入れる建物の構造になっている。 部屋の掃除を頼んだ日に、ミニバーのビールがなくなっていて、フロントに行ったところマネージャーがミスだと認めたが、請求書についていたので指摘して修正してもらった。 同じ日にセーフティボックスに入れていた現金だけがなくなっていた。ホテルに言ったところ、マネージャーはホテルのセキュリティに問題はない、自分で警察に届け出ろというだけで何もしてくれなかった。

サービスの行き届いた良いホテル。 promdesanglaisに面した最高の立地条件です。 施設は老朽化が感じられますが、かえって歴史を感じ、雰囲気もよし。 注意したほうが良いのは部屋の立地、海側を指定しなかったら、目の前には住居ビルで丸見えでした

なんと言っても場所が最高でした。レストランからの景色は、それだけで価値があります。

ロケーションも良く、スタッフのサービスも良かったです。お部屋も清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。また、ニースに来る時には利用したいです。

Prefect for stay in Nice!

Perfect location, had a great view of the Mediterranean sea. Shopping was within walking distance. Room was small.

I stayed one night in this hotel in Nice. It is a nice hotel. The room was very nice and spacious with nice bathroom and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was also good. The only disappointment I has was that I had a late flight and asked if as Expedia platinum member I could check out later. The lady at the reception was not so friendly and said I could stay only 30 minutes longer ! I did not find the hotel so busy and full and allowing to have a later check out would have been nice and I would have come back to this hotel. But I don’t think I will again unfortunately!

The hotel is classic elegance. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are small but lovely. The bed was delightful and the view … well, while in Nice it was worth the splurge! Enjoyed every moment and would definitely go back.
