全てにおいて文句のないホテル

Concierge was very nice and helpful!

とても高級感があって綺麗なホテルでした。 過ごしやすく落ち着くホテルステイでした。

到着時にアップグレードを勧められ、スイートに泊まりました。金額的には高いけど、お得でした。フロントの対応も良く、ビジネスセンターも気軽に使えて全てに快適でした。不在時のハウスキーピングは少し気が利かないかな〜という感じはありますが、お部屋に来てくれる人は親切で良かったです。時間が無くて、プールを利用出来なかったのが残念でした。ロケーションはとてもよかったです。

部屋全体のインテリア、アートの統一感が素晴らしい

ベッドが快適でした。隣のお客さんの叫び声が夜中３時間に渡って続きました。翌朝お部屋を交換してくれるよう頼みましたら、何度かしてようやく替えてくれました。スパの利用をお願いするのにフロントに頼んだところ、直接スパへとのお返事で、直接出向いたのですが一杯で予約できませんでした。夕食ホテル内のレストランにお願いしようと降りましたが、１時間で出てくれるならOKとのことで食事させてもらいました。私のいた間お客さんが増えるわけではありませんでした。最低限の部分はキープされていますが、他のフォーシーズンズほど気分よい滞在ではなかったのが本音です。

香港、ロサンゼルス、日本と3つのフォーシーズンのスイートに泊まったがそれらを想像していくと、がっかりする。(ただしその分料金も安めだが・・・）トロントはフォーシーズン発祥の地と聞いていただけに残念。 部屋や建物はシンプルで今風と言えばそうだが、味気がない。レストランも朝食には良いが、夜はほかに行った方がよい。サービスもごく普通で、アメニティーは中の上、バスタブの水を抜くときに馬鹿みたいに大きな音がして安っぽい。ただし、バスローブは他のフォーシーズンと同じで良い。 部屋は相当上階の方をとらないと景色は何も見えない。(といっても24階から上はコンドなので、 多分ほとんどアウト）しかも南側をとらないと景色は良くない。 立地はトロントでも最高のヨークビルという地域なので、周りの環境は良いが一時間もあれば回れてしまうぐらい狭い。

Beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing, rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool and spa area is a great just make sure to check hours (some hours are designated to family time and tend to be busier). A perfect stay!

The best sleep I have had in a while room was clean and such great views. Service from valet to turn down was perfect . Staff at concierge to bar to restaurant just amazing. Will be staying here again.
