全てにおいて文句のないホテル

とても高級感があって綺麗なホテルでした。 過ごしやすく落ち着くホテルステイでした。

到着時にアップグレードを勧められ、スイートに泊まりました。金額的には高いけど、お得でした。フロントの対応も良く、ビジネスセンターも気軽に使えて全てに快適でした。不在時のハウスキーピングは少し気が利かないかな〜という感じはありますが、お部屋に来てくれる人は親切で良かったです。時間が無くて、プールを利用出来なかったのが残念でした。ロケーションはとてもよかったです。

部屋全体のインテリア、アートの統一感が素晴らしい

ベッドが快適でした。隣のお客さんの叫び声が夜中３時間に渡って続きました。翌朝お部屋を交換してくれるよう頼みましたら、何度かしてようやく替えてくれました。スパの利用をお願いするのにフロントに頼んだところ、直接スパへとのお返事で、直接出向いたのですが一杯で予約できませんでした。夕食ホテル内のレストランにお願いしようと降りましたが、１時間で出てくれるならOKとのことで食事させてもらいました。私のいた間お客さんが増えるわけではありませんでした。最低限の部分はキープされていますが、他のフォーシーズンズほど気分よい滞在ではなかったのが本音です。

香港、ロサンゼルス、日本と3つのフォーシーズンのスイートに泊まったがそれらを想像していくと、がっかりする。(ただしその分料金も安めだが・・・）トロントはフォーシーズン発祥の地と聞いていただけに残念。 部屋や建物はシンプルで今風と言えばそうだが、味気がない。レストランも朝食には良いが、夜はほかに行った方がよい。サービスもごく普通で、アメニティーは中の上、バスタブの水を抜くときに馬鹿みたいに大きな音がして安っぽい。ただし、バスローブは他のフォーシーズンと同じで良い。 部屋は相当上階の方をとらないと景色は何も見えない。(といっても24階から上はコンドなので、 多分ほとんどアウト）しかも南側をとらないと景色は良くない。 立地はトロントでも最高のヨークビルという地域なので、周りの環境は良いが一時間もあれば回れてしまうぐらい狭い。

Simply put, you never go wrong staying at a Four Seasons hotel and Toronto is no different. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I have a background and luxury hotels in five star Forbes service standards and the hallways were not vacuumed, but the rooms are beautiful clean and comfortable. The venues are kind of boring. I miss the original four seasons bar that was awesome. And there is construction everywhere and nothing is mentioned on the website about it so we basically had noise at 8:30 in the morning and a terrible view from our room.

My wife and I arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto with high expectations, and somehow, every single one of them was exceeded. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly that we instantly felt at home. A special thank you to Charles, who welcomed us with genuine kindness and professionalism. He made the check-in process feel effortless and set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite,and what a suite it was. It had a full kitchen, a spacious and elegant living area, and the most incredible floor-to-ceiling views overlooking Yorkville. We found ourselves just standing by the windows taking it all in. It truly felt like a special experience, not just a hotel room. Everything about the hotel felt polished and thoughtfully designed. The facilities were impeccable, and you could tell that every detail was carefully maintained. The spa, in particular, completely blew us away—it’s honestly one of the best we’ve ever seen. The atmosphere was so calming, and it felt like a true escape within the hotel. What stood out most, though, was the service. Every interaction felt genuine and attentive without ever being over the top. It’s rare to find that balance, but the team here absolutely nailed it. The spa was overrun with children when we visited - to the point of being unusable by anyone else. The lap pool was dominated by floaties, pool noodles, and beach balls. The deck chairs meant for relaxing were soaked by splashing kids. If someone had broken out a JBL speaker and started blasting it I would have barely have cared given how chaotic and unrelaxing the spa was. Felt like a low-budget cruise. Honestly so angry about how shabbily they maintain and enforce what is supposed to be a premiere spa resort. I have stayed at many spa-centric hotels in the last - this one felt like a mockery. Cannot believe how much money I wasted. Holiday Inn has a pool and better behaved guests.
