清潔。24hジム。朝食は有料だったので使用はしなかったが、そこまで高くない印象。部屋も綺麗。

シェラトンの名前と価格の割には、部屋がイマイチ。 クローゼットはないし、金属製のよくわからないドアが室内に2箇所もあった。 一つは開けたら壁。もう一つは「開けないで。警報が鳴ります」みたいなことが書かれてた。 なお、朝食はとても良かった。

At night, there were only a few restaurants opened near here.

ホテルが紹介している近くのレストランは良かった。観光拠点としての立地も良かった。

Clean room. Expensive for what it was. Parking on street free on weekend.

All of the staff were courteous and very knowledgeable. Breakfasts were delicious and generously portioned. Our room was clean and we loved the open space in it so we could sit in chairs and watch television without having to lie on the bed. Also, it was very nice to have the choice of a bath or shower in the bathroom.

Valet parking was simple and hotel staff was welcoming and kind. The room (double queen) was spacious and the beds were very comfy.

The hotel needs an update. The towels/linens are not great and the toiletries are missing in the bathroom (eg shower cap,etc.)

Was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed and I had no one warning me about it.

bel endroit, très bien situé. A part les télécommandes de la télévision qui ne fonctionnaient pas, (malgré qu'elles aient été remplacées ) tout était parfait. Personnel très courtois

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The chair and ottoman in the room was perfect for reading my book, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room size was spacious to enjoy a relaxing stay cation with my husband.

We were living at the lower ground and it was very noisy at night. Not a good sleep

I have reserved the room for 3 adults. The first weird thing was to received an email that said that the breakfast included included only for 2 person. We have arrived at the hotel very late because of the snowfall after 8 hours driving from Hamilton. The second unpleasant thing was to know that the parking cost 40CAD and that we cannot park ourselves and must use the valet parking. We had to stop on the street and take all our luggage outdoor in the freezing cold. The last unpleasant news was to find out that the breakfast is not included at all. I do not recommend to stay in Sheraton Ottawa and will never do that myself again.

Upon arrival, the reception clerk told me to park on the street for the weekend instead of valet. I parked at the exact spot he said. Sunday morning my car was gone. It had been towed. The employee at the reception said they didn’t know we couldn’t park on that Sunday and even employees moved their car before they got towed. They didn’t care to advise their client to move their cars though and say they aren’t responsible. I had to pay $450 to get my car back. If you have a car, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE
