ビジネスホテル並みですが、歯磨きや髭剃りが置いていませんでした。 行ったら出てきます。 シャワーのノブをひっかけるところが壊れていました。 日にちがたつに連れコーヒーや紅茶の置いていく個数が減ります。

朝食を全日程支払っていたにもかかわらず、毎朝ルームナンバーを聞き支払いを要求された 毎朝領収書を見せて説明しても毎朝毎朝支払いを要求され朝からとても不愉快だった システムが悪いせいだと言い訳してたがヒドイ それに値段が高い割に毎朝全く同じものしか置いてない ホテルの夕食ぼゴンドラは値段も味もそこそこだった

禁煙室希望で灰皿がおいてあった。 シングル✖️２のはずがキングサイズ✖️１だった。 トイレが詰まった。しかもアメニティ、タオル等の 常備品数がバラバラだった。

空港とCairoのダウンタウン（考古学博物館あたり）の概ね中間に位置しており、空港アクセスと観光の両面で利便性が高い。設備や従業員のサービスも問題なく、快適に過ごせた。

The restraurant staffs are dissapointing by no attention to the customers. Breakfast staffs are more chating rather than serving. Miss order / no attention to the customers.

カイロに来るたびに宿泊しています。 お部屋も清潔で、スタッフのサービスも良いです。 プールの地下にジャグジーとスチームサウナがあり 宿泊者はタダで利用できます。 仕事の後にリラックス出来ますよ。 ネットの速度も特に問題なし。 1階のイタリアンレストランのシーフードリゾットが最高。 但し壁が薄くて、隣の部屋のテレビがうるさい時があります。 フロントに相談したら、すぐに隣の部屋に電話し、ボリュームを下げるよう依頼してくれました。

ホテルは清潔で作りもしっかりしていて良いです。 サービスも満足。 ただ、プールサイドに面した部屋だと、毎日深夜２時まで生バンドやベリーダンスをやっている為、大変うるさいです。 ネットのスピードも遅い

I stayed at the Sonesta for almost a week while in Cairo. The room was spacious and comfortable, my bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel is well maintained and up-to-date. The staff were attentive and polite, though as a hotel that hosts numerous travel groups it can be very busy. The location is well situated close to the airport, but it is probably half an hour by car from major attractions. One plus is that it is just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Stadium metro station should you wish to see Cairo that way.

Aria condizionata non funzionava bene e in stanza faceva caldo.

Large, clean, well appointed room and bathroom. The mattress was in good condition (no sagging in the middle or the side). Lighting was good. Blackout curtains provided privacy and insulation against the sun and the air con worked well. Reception was polite, efficient and knowledgeable checking in and out. Several restaurants available within the hotel including an Italian venue with excellent food and service. Bottled water was used in food prep and ice for drinks. No Pharaoh’s curse! A grand hotel located about 15 mins. from the airport but about 45 mins. from site seeing activities. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are super nice First room was not up to expectations i discussed it with customer service, she decided to move me to another room at another floor where everything was perfect Only one thing i spent a week and the food at the executive lounge was the same all week
