The positive: The person working the desk was very nice and helped us out. Nice size room. Good location. The negative: the bedding was to small, pillows awful. And the pool was freezing.

We stay at this hotel yearly while we are in town for business. We basically just sleep and eat breakfast there. Have never had a problem and keep choosing to go back!

Breakfast was underwhelming, no fruit or oatmeal. Sausage gravy and biscuits doesn’t cut it as nutritious

The room we had was noisy from the room next to us and from above. Not sure anything could help with that. The parking lot has a lot of holes and broken up asphalt which was especially concerning to us seniors, one using a cane. Even though the rooms are older and were in need of some painting, we were comfortable there. Clean and tidy when we got there. One thing you should consider is hand rails in the tub/showers. Since there are only several handicap rooms, that would make the accessing of bathing safer when older folks stay in a regular room.

No complaints, stay was lovely

Sheets were thread bare … no elastic on the corners Back parking lot was in terrible shape. Ruts 6” deep!

They were clean and made the beds when we were gone and very helpful. Sadly i had to end my stay a night early and understand theres steps to get a refund for the night but i couldnt figure that out but that was more expedia and not the hotel itself

It was nice. Just your typical hotwl. Couldve been cleaner and nicer for my liking but it was a good stay for night

This was a quick stay and last minute reservation. It was fine but nothing special. Long hallways!

We stayed at Americann Inn because girlfriend had surgery at The hospital right away next morning. The gentleman who was working that sunday was very polite and helpful when we needed extra towels for our room and apologize because the tv.didnt worked.He came in and got it going after saying sorry about this happening. If we need to stay in Burnsville again we will stay there again

Decent

Dirty. Nothing like what the pictures online show. Pool very small and cold

Overall it was a good stay. The only issues we had was that our “peep hole” didn’t have a covering so someone could see into our room. Easy fix with some paper towel. The walls are extremely thin, unfortunately we had some very loud people above us that kept us from being able to sleep.

Poor conditions, shower lacked pressure, water temp got too hot- no regulator and burned my child, received dirty linen. No linen received for the fold out couches- did not have crib as indicated, fridge is suite didn’t work. Lack of breakfast options. Nothing like advertised.

I booked a stay here for 2 double beds. We arrived after my daughter’s dance competition at 9:15pm. We had to wait at the front desk for someone for 15 minutes. They had a sign to push the button-I did multiple times. Then I get told due to a water leak my room was not available. The next option was to upgrade us to a king room and roll away bed, we had 2 children with us. It was late at night with overtired children and I did not want to look around for another hotel. So 3 of us crammed into a king bed and one slept on the cot. I spoke to the front desk again at checkout asking if I could be refunded atleast partially due to the inconvenience. I was told to contact Expedia as I paid and booked through them in advance. Then the hotel refused to refund at all, even when contacted again by Expedia.
