ロケーションは公園の真向かいでガーデンビューだったこともあり、眺めは最高でした。6日間滞在したので、部屋で好きな時にコーヒーが飲みたいと言ったところ無料でエクスプレソマシンを備え付けてくれました。バスルームの使い勝手も良く快適に過ごせました。

すべて良かったけど、不満が一点だけ。 海外のホテルには多いけど、シャワーが固定であることが私にとっては難点。 日本みたいに取り外せるタイプのシャワーにどうしてしないのかしら。

市内移動に便利なグリーンライン、アーリントン駅から徒歩2分程度。 フォーシーズンズのサービスと、ロケーションが理由で以前も利用させてもらいました。 高級ホテルながら、子連れで利用しても嫌な顔されないフレンドリーさがありました。

nice viewのリクエストも聞いてくださって公園に面した素敵な部屋を用意してくださいました。 スタッフも感じがよくサービスも早く、ベッドも今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最高でした。 ホテルのswedishマッサージも文句なし。 ５つ星にかかわらず、ガイドブックに紹介されないのは、エントランスがそれほど 広くないからでしょうか。英語も相当速いので、英語が全く話せない人には ちょっと厳しいかもしれません。 またボストンに行く時はこのホテルにしたいです。

観光地にタクシーで行こうとすると、ホテルの人がホテルの車で送ってあげると言われ、結局、チップだけで無料で送ってもらいました。 別れ際に、必要ならいつでも声をかけてくださいと言われました。

Staff, morning coffe for free. Thank you for improving the quality of toilet paper.;)

The room was not cleaned. Toilet paper was very rough.

Everything was fine except the management. We asked at the beginning of our stay if we could extend a late checkout because of a late flight and we kept getting told check in tomorrow check in tomorrow and then on the day we’re checking out. Oh sorry we can’t do anything with attitude like we were bothering them. Very rude for a hotel I’m paying $1000 a night for. We won’t be coming back. Everything else was lovely.

The Vault is so genius. The staff is beyond compare, intelligent, professional to the highest standard and very thoughtful.

This hotel is splendid. The staff go above and beyond, tge amenities are endless.

The staff is amazing! Location is everything. We could walk to everything. The park was right outside the door and was so nice to walk in the morning with the kids! The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable! we will be back for sure! Thank you four seasons

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Had a toy room for the kids to explore and take whatever they wanted! So many touches and clean and beautiful room. Can’t say enough about the staff, building and location. 5 out of 5 stars!

Not my favorite Four Seasons. I requested that they remove any alcohol from my room and they didn’t accommodate that simple request. They seemed hurried. B-

Very friendly staff and excellent amenities

We had a great time at our stay at the four seasons Boston, my wife, especially fell in love with the vault, which is a secret room of late night treats. Unfortunately, we went up there to see the Yankees play the Boston Red Sox and the Yankees lost, but that couldn’t diminish a good time we had at the four seasons.

Location is as good as it gets
