施設は古いが室内はとてもきれいで掃除も行き届いていた。シャワーやトイレも使いやすかった。周囲には飲食店が多く便利だった。様々な観光地にも近く立地もよかった。地下鉄の駅は遠かったので空港への行き帰りはUberを利用した。

洗濯機が部屋にあって、シャワーの使い勝手もとても良かったです。お掃除のスタッフもとても感じが良くて、気持ちよく過ごせました。火災報知器が２回あって不安でした。その後何も説明が有りませんでした。

チェックアウト時、かなり待たされました。十分余裕を持ってチェックアウトしたほうがベスト。

近くにスーパーやドラッグストア、ファストフード店など、徒歩圏内にあるのでとても便利でした。部屋にキッチンが付いていたので長期滞在には大変有り難く、使い勝手も良かったです。2ドアの冷蔵庫に電子レンジ、コーヒメーカー、食洗機も付いてました。 部屋は清潔で快適、海が見える側だったので、眺望も良かったです。 　港&夕陽が美しい公園まで徒歩で行けます。 ダウンタウンからは少し離れていますが、EVO(シャアカー)利用したので、移動も便利でした。

ワインの無料サービスはなかった

I couldn’t speak English, but they kindly communicated with me through Google Translate. They also recommended some wonderful sightseeing spots, which made my trip truly enjoyable and memorable.

フルキッチン、洗濯乾燥機の設備が整っており、非常に便利、快適だった。近隣にはグローサリーやスーパーマーケットがあるため買い物にも不便しない。バス停も近く、中心部へのアクセスも良い。建物としては若干古いと思うが、私たちが滞在した部屋は綺麗に改装されており、清潔だった。 バンクーバー滞在することがあったらまた利用したい。

We stayed at the hotel for Taylor Swift concert.When we got to our room,there’s Friendship bracelets and stickers!! I loved them so much!!! The facilities was nice but around the hotel looked dangerous to walk at night.

it is quite.it is easy to find many restaurants closed to the hotel.

エレベーターの壁に穴があいていたり、通路で大声を出す客がいたりして怖かった。

It was a nice hotel close to a lot of different restaurants and stores. We had a great view from our room.

More than we expected. Like a small apartment, full kitchen, a balcony & a pool. So many choices to eat on just one block. Easy walk to the harbor, public transportation close by. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vancouver

Hotel was basic. Room had a smell and a leak. Room was not cleaned unless we requested. We were charged double than other costumers and none cared to make it right. The surroundings did not look safe or clean. I would not recommend.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the hotel. The suite-style room gave lots of space, cooking facilities (used) and washing machine (not used). Plus, as I was on the 16th floor with a corner room, I also had a great view from the balcony. Definitely exceeded expectations pre-arrival

Nice place to stay in the downtown area with lots of food options close.

The rooms were spacious. Our room was on the 23rd floor so we had a great view from the patio. Walking distance to restaurants, bars etc.

Excellent over all, friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and allowed us to check in early

Nice solo trip

Our stays from last week before the cruise and the extra day after the cruise were both good. We got upgraded on the second stay which we are both thankful for. The reception staff were amazing and very helpful with all our inquiries. Location is good - near to almost everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time that we are in Vancouver.
