施設は古いが室内はとてもきれいで掃除も行き届いていた。シャワーやトイレも使いやすかった。周囲には飲食店が多く便利だった。様々な観光地にも近く立地もよかった。地下鉄の駅は遠かったので空港への行き帰りはUberを利用した。

洗濯機が部屋にあって、シャワーの使い勝手もとても良かったです。お掃除のスタッフもとても感じが良くて、気持ちよく過ごせました。火災報知器が２回あって不安でした。その後何も説明が有りませんでした。

チェックアウト時、かなり待たされました。十分余裕を持ってチェックアウトしたほうがベスト。

近くにスーパーやドラッグストア、ファストフード店など、徒歩圏内にあるのでとても便利でした。部屋にキッチンが付いていたので長期滞在には大変有り難く、使い勝手も良かったです。2ドアの冷蔵庫に電子レンジ、コーヒメーカー、食洗機も付いてました。 部屋は清潔で快適、海が見える側だったので、眺望も良かったです。 　港&夕陽が美しい公園まで徒歩で行けます。 ダウンタウンからは少し離れていますが、EVO(シャアカー)利用したので、移動も便利でした。

ワインの無料サービスはなかった

I couldn’t speak English, but they kindly communicated with me through Google Translate. They also recommended some wonderful sightseeing spots, which made my trip truly enjoyable and memorable.

フルキッチン、洗濯乾燥機の設備が整っており、非常に便利、快適だった。近隣にはグローサリーやスーパーマーケットがあるため買い物にも不便しない。バス停も近く、中心部へのアクセスも良い。建物としては若干古いと思うが、私たちが滞在した部屋は綺麗に改装されており、清潔だった。 バンクーバー滞在することがあったらまた利用したい。

We stayed at the hotel for Taylor Swift concert.When we got to our room,there’s Friendship bracelets and stickers!! I loved them so much!!! The facilities was nice but around the hotel looked dangerous to walk at night.

it is quite.it is easy to find many restaurants closed to the hotel.

The Cosmo room (penthouse with ocen view) was unreal. The 2nd balcony off the bathroom was one heck of a surprise.

We booked this as it was close to a squash tournament (2 facilities - its in the middle and close to everything downtown). -Upon entry I was regretting the decision, for $240 a night, the walls entering to the area from the underground parking were filthy. I could have booked many different hotels likely cleaner and safer with better amenities. Kitchen good - had 4 plates/bowls etc. Washroom good - it's a bit small Beds - 2 single beds is a weird setup...and the pullout couch was VERY uncomfortable. -Washer/dryer same machine - worked well! 1902 - SUPER quiet in the hallway - didn't hear anything, but did hear sirens on the street all night. -Outdoor pool - not open. -Elevators were slow and old -Entrance to the parkade,many vagrants in that alley. View - we were on the 19th floor facing the water - view was great The gym, had some good equipment, room was old, and again quite dirty. I felt like I needed to not just disinfect the equipment but also myself after using. ***There are washrooms with a fob on the 3rd floor with the gym, the gym is open 24hrs but the washrooms are not (why not? You need a key to get into both). Overall the place was ok - having extra space was the best part, however I would likely stay elsewhere for better amenities.

We had a lovely time at this hotel and we’re upgraded with a great view on the 18th floor. Farranak was exceptional at the front desk. Good location.

Helpful and friendly staff, they upgraded my room and it was clean and quiet. Enjoyed my stay there.

We were on 23rd floor with an wonderful ocean view. The room has been recently renovated and is clean and modern.
