Everything was good

Everything was perfect the staff at the desk, the drivers taking care of my car, the staff in the Lounge club for breakfast and supper. Agreat and wonderful experience. The inly issue there a girl hockey tournament and they were in the same hotel screaming runningvin the hallways knocking at the doors from 9 - 1 am on a bunch floor .

Everything was wonderful

The bed was uncomfortable. the pool caused all the kids in our group to get a rash after they used the pool each time.

It was centrally located to everything I wanted to while in Ottawa. Staff were great.

The pool and activity rooms are unmatched for a stay with kids. Exactly what we needed.

Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and nice. Can’t ask for a better location to view and enjoy the city.

Hockey tournament on while we were there. Halls were noisy. Complained a couple of times but they couldn’t do anything. But overall great hotel and staff. Restaurant was nice too. Service in restaurant was amazing!

Overall i would recommend this hotel. Having a Tim Hortons right off the lobby was a plus. Fitness room and pool were nice.

The room was excellent

For the price I paid room was clean and cozy!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.. I would stay here again!!

Hotel gym was excellent - the equipment was versatile and I had the whole place to myself. Check-in was easy, dog friendly so that was a bonus. In hotel restaurant was accommodating for meals to take-out to bring up to the rooms. Parking was convenient though the spots were tight and very low overhead. Room was clean, nothing that blew us away but tidy and beds were comfortable. Would stay again, location is convenient for anyone doing things in the downtown core - close to the highway as well if you are commuting around.
