Our favourite place to stay while on vacation in Victoria.

Stay was Ok. Had a dog so they put you on the side closest to the very very busy street with traffic which was very very noisy. Noticed other dog owners on that side. Not sure if that was reason. We asked for quiet side but not available. Gave up. Just ok. Expensive for wat was there. Just ok for $230 a night. No breaky. Lousy parking. Far away. Not impressed.

Great hotel and even better staff!

Nice property and convenient location with adequate parking. Our room faced the busy street and was a bit noisy at first but got quieter in the evening and overnight. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and our room was clean and spacious.

This is my go to place when I visit Victoria. It's always clean, well taken care of, with friendly staff. Always a delight to visit!!!

Very friendly staff and the rooms were spotless.

Have stayed here several times without issue. Unfortunately this time I forgot something plugged in when we checked out, and by the time I realized a couple hours down the road and called them, housekeeping had been in and taken it for themselves.

Fitness room doesn’t open until 7 am which is too late for those staying there for business.

Excellent staff...very friendly

The check in was super easy. The staff are very professional and courteous. They offered us an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette. The room was updated, very clean and comfortable. The location is good-walking distance to Uptown, Mayfair mall and if you like walking -even downtown. There is parking at the hotel and also a burger place (Bin4) that shares the building. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
