部屋の窓が壊れていて閉じなかったため、フロントに対応をお願いしたが他に空いている部屋がないと言われて仕方なくこの部屋に滞在した。その際、謝罪の言葉もなく、クレームしたがホテルでは受け付けないと言われた。エクスペディア経由でしかクレームは受け付けないと断られた。高級ホテルと評価されているだけに印象は最悪でした。

Construction projects, tv not working for several hours, breakfast buffet food was cold and I could have built a wall using the seriously hard hash brown cakes.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, held luggage safely as we arrived early. Room was clean, all expected amenities. Brilliant, walkable location, and easy acces to services (concierge desk on the premises).

We paid on arrival and had no opportunity to see the room or hotel. Dirty, disgusting, run down, not air, plastic broken fans in hallways and rooms, stains on carpets and bed…. Staff and manager resists helping, Manager refused to allow us a credit as we wanted to shorten stay. Shockingly, this is a Sheraton … avoid

The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too.

We reserved two queen bedded rooms. They didn’t save them for us. We had to go to another hotel and get another room at additional expense. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very close to downtown of Juneau. Walking distance to restaurants and shoppings. The room is clean. Towels are changed daily. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had a terrible stay here and only stayed 2 of our 4 booked nights. They were undergoing incredibly noisy renovations which started at 7am and went of most of the day. They are also incredibly understaffed with the general manager working front desk at all hours. After the second day of drilling we came down at 7am (along with several other guests) to ask if the drilling could stop we were told it was a 3rd party contractor and there was nothing they could do. After being told we had been made aware of this at check in (which we hadn't) we were finally offered to move to another hotel. We were then charged for the remaining 2 nights at the new hotel and have been struggling to get money back from the Sheraton but have eventually been offered credit on Hotels.com.

Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation-scheduled to be complete by May 1-it was still underway on May 9-10. Hammer drilling commenced at 7:20 AM and continued for 12 hours!! We were given some compensation after we spoke with the staff, but MOST unfortunate for us -as we hoped to rest after a long travel day.

This hotel CANCELLED our reservation just a couple hours before we arrived in Juneau, via EMAIL. They didn't even have the decency to call us. We were already in Seattle airport about to board our flight to Junaeu when I happened to see the email about the cancellation. When I called the hotel to ask about the cancellation and if they were rebooking us elsewhere they replied "we're going to let you take care of that." They did not help us find another hotel - just left us stranded with nowhere to stay and scrambling for a room that night. When we arrived in Juneau we went to the hotel and it's clear they are under serious renovations. There are entire floors in disarray, furniture stacked against windows on several floors. Another guest in our group stayed there and said it was horrible with drilling on opposite walls of her room at all hours, dust everywhere and a mess. This hotel should close to finish renovations and reopen when they're ready to accept reservations again.

Don’t stay here!! When I arrived they had sent me an email stating that they didn’t have any rooms available after I was already on my way in a plane. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they had no rooms available and sent me to the Baronof motel a Best Western establishment in Juneau. They said they were going through construction and had to cancel our reservation. They should have known this before I even booked.
