Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun KA, sarapan pagi dan pelayanan baik, staf hotel ramah. Sangat memuaskan.

The hotel is situated at a perfect location, which is conveniently accessible to the trains and subway and restaurants are very easily found around the hotel vicinity. The receptionists and staffs are well manners and with good command of English Language. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are good. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel if we were to visit to Osaka again.

Kamar hotel cukup besar dan bersih, peralatan mandi lengkap, dekat dengan tempat makan dan mal, recommended.

We go from Tokyo to Osaka and arriving at hotel at very late night, its just they don't put the concierge there, again maybe because its very late night but the reservation took very fast. The hotel is big and very good location that the position is above the Tennoji Station. The room for me is spacious enough especially I bring 2 kids with us, the bed is nice they put the warmer inside when we travel is winter time. The bathroom is also nice and clean. All Equipment is also working. Overall for me this hotel is having standard quality as the hotel it should be. Really recommended for staying and of course also its reasonable price

Very nice, we will come back here again when we’re in Osaka. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They speak English fluently. Very convenient, connect directly to subway station.

Hotel nyaman meskipun bukan bangunan baru. Kamar besar untuk ukuran kamar hotel di Jepang. Dekat stasiun Kintetsu Line dan hanya berjarak satu stasiun dari Namba walk yang terkenal.
