総合評価とレビュー Residence Inn by Marriott Houston by The Galleria

ガレリア・ショッピングセンターには歩いて5分程（入ってから中が広いですが）と便利、あつ安全そうな地域にある ロードサイド型モーテルの上級版とった感じのホテルです。 コンビニ等が近くに見つからず探すのにはちょっと苦労しました。

昨年に続き、出張で1泊利用しました。 Check Inの対応も良く、部屋（やや受付から遠く、歩きましたが）の状況も良かったです。 フィットネスも使用しましたが、機器がやや古めでしたが、全く問題無し。 朝食も十分な内容。（白米と味噌汁がありましたが、試しませんでした） ここを選んだ理由の１つはギャラリアから徒歩数分の近さにあるところです。 また出張の際は利用したいと思います。

出張で1泊しました。ギャラリアのすぐ近く（徒歩1分）なので買い物や、食事にも便利です。 受付の対応も良かったですし、空港までのTaxi手配もすぐ対応してくれました。 非常に満足です。

隣のテレビの音などが聞こえてきますし、1泊目の夜は隣の部屋で遅くまで騒いでいてうるさかったですが、ショッピングモールまで、安全に歩ける範囲でよかったです。帰りの空港までのタクシーもホテルのタクシーがあり助かりました。フロントの対応もよかったですし、朝食もついていたのはよかったです。

朝食に味噌汁とご飯があって驚きました。 夜は1時間半程ワインとビールが無料にな流と言っていましたが忙しくて利用できませんでした。 夕方結構は早い時間帯でしたので

The air conditioner did not keep the room cool and the toilet did not work very well. Overall the stay was not bad. But I really need to have a good working air conditioner and this place did not have that. I ended up having to purchase a fan for the room to help. The majority of the staff was great and handled my concerns in a timely manner. There was just one staff member that lacked some professionalism.

Very friendly close to shopping mall

For the rate per night, I expected a much higher standard from a Marriott-branded property. Unfortunately, the experience was far from luxurious. The elevator was out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs — incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable at this price point. Beyond that, the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and poorly maintained. It’s honestly embarrassing that Marriott associates its name with this hotel. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The location was great. And the 2 ladies from the morning staff were wonderful. I found several roaches in the room. that was a big disappointment. The jets on the hot tub did not work and that too was a big let down. one of the nite lights next to the bed didn't work. one of the elevators wasn't working. but our room was closer to the one that was. But the staff was great. When I couldn't get in my room the front desk helped because the key card was next to my credit card and discharged itself. Never knew that. So the staff made up for the displeasure of the other items that I mentioned.

Viaje familiar, tiene cocina completa y un ambiente separado de la habitación. A minutos caminando de Galleria. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Rooms are a bit outdated

5 days for buisness. Good location near Galaria. Staff nice snd helpful
