Covid19の影響下でもスタッフの方々皆さんが最大限の安心感と清潔感を下さり感謝しております(入口にマスク消毒ジェル・至る所にガイド常備、食事の提供方法やサウナ運営の対策など)。周囲もラグジュアリーブランドのショッピングやカジノ、ビーチ至近、とこれ以上に無い立地条件です。ホテル滞在時間が長い方には充足感が高いこちらのホテルはダントツおすすめです。

長年の憧れのホテルで、想像以上にに全てが一流！建物、お部屋の清潔さ、高級感、ベッドの寝心地、バスルームの快適さ、立地、スタッフも素晴らしく、全てに満足。一つだけ残念だったのは、夕食時アジア人の女性独りで行った為か、案内された席が通路の落ち着いか無い席。他にいくつも席は有るのに、値踏みされた気がして不愉快だった。49ユーロもする朝食も頂くつもりだったが、また同じ思いをするのが嫌でやめた。ホテル宿泊者なのだから、この点は改善して頂きたい

五度目の滞在になるが、クラシックホテルとしての変わらぬ味わいがある。ハイシーズンだったためか、サービスに関してはラグジュアリー度が薄れたようにも思えるが、あまり小さいことには目くじらを立てず、滞在を楽しめば良いと思う。

基本的にとてもいいホテル、 ただスタッフはそんなにフレンドリーではない。 少し気取っているし、朝食の席も日本人はあまり良くない席に 案内されるような気がした。

設備はそろっている。豪華で土地のトップクラスだろうと感じた。食堂は広く優雅で高級感がある。宿った部屋はもう少し広ければスーツケースを2人とも広げやすいのだが、ベランダは1回のため大変広く贅沢なほどでその先が植木の向こうがかいがんで7月１４，１５日は国の記念日で日没の10時花火大会が部屋から目の前に見られて最高の部屋にあたったと思いました。車で旅行したので近辺は駐車スペースがなくて少し場所をさがした。土日はホテルもお手上げだった。ただし17:00からam9:00無料でとめられるのでうまく利用した。

Klassiskt hotell i hjärtat av Deauville. Fantastiskt!

The hotel is way too pricey. It is priced as a 5 star hotel, however, the service level is not there. We called room service 4 times at 9.30PM, concierge 4 times, front desk 4 times and the main hotel line 4 times with no response. We had to get dressed and go to the reception desk to get the service. This is NOT a 5 star hotel service. Bathrooms are dated. The view was over a fire escape, and this cost for $800/night superior room.... Also, valet parking full, beach chairs full. No information in advance that these should be booked prior to arrival. Just disappointed. Basically the pricing of this hotel does not match the experience.

Our stay at Le Normandy was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my dog Dixie and I were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The generous room upgrade was an unexpected gesture that made our stay incredibly comfortable and exceeded every expectation. A special thank you to Laura, who made check-in effortless. She was thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best room possible. Her professionalism and kindness immediately made us feel at home. I also want to recognize Nathan, the concierge, whose care was extraordinary. When Dixie needed to see a veterinarian one evening, he quickly found an excellent local vet, personally drove us there in the hotel’s Moke to ease my anxiety, and picked us up afterward. His compassion, calmness, and genuine concern for both Dixie and me turned a stressful situation into one where we felt completely supported and cared for. Le Normandy is a beautiful hotel, but what truly makes it special is its people. The warmth, generosity, and exceptional service from every member of the team made this an unforgettable stay. I would happily return and recommend Le Normandy without hesitation.

Top hotell dock var restaurangen inte så bra men vi fick kompensation

Nella notte in cui abbiamo pernottato nell'hotel (con due bimbi piccoli) era organizzato un ricevimento (pare sia frequente), quindi ristorante non accessibile e soprattutto forti rumori da altre stanze, dove gli ospiti si sono riuniti dopo la serata, con musica e schiammazzi fino alle 4 del mattino. Inutile l'intervento del receptionist. Soprattutto, alle mie rimostranze il giorno dopo, mi è stato risposto che avendo prenotato con Expedia, non è possibile nessun rimborso. Avendo pagato oltre 1.000€ per una notte, averla passata senza dormire per gli altri ospiti e l'incapacità dello staff di assicurare il silenzio lungo tutta la notte, avrebbe imposto ben altra disponibilità dall'hotel. Personalmente, mai più. Ma tenete presente che se prenotate con Expedia non avete poi titolo a nessun rimborso dall'hotel, qualsiasi cosa succeda.
