Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. It is a fun place to stay.

Beautiful. Amazing resort.

We had an amazing family trip! The rooms are very comfortable and large, and the pool was the highlight. The hotel being right on the water was beautiful watching the sunrise and the sunset every evening. Definitely coming back.

We liked our experience there. We found the rooms in need of a freshening up. Besides that it was very good.

This is the second time I have stayed here and have enjoyed the surroundings. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I’m always relaxed when I’m here this will always be a go to place for me.

Great people

Only hotel with a sand beach in Lake Havasu. The beach was very nice but the hotel attracts lots of families with kids so it was kind of noisy for us. It was built in the 60's but has been maintained pretty well.

Wld have had a much better experience if they had more employees…one server at the pool bar and 2 at the outdoor bar simply not enough.

We chose this place bc of the heated pool but pool heater was broken so kids had limited things to do. Stay at London bridge resort instead

The heated pool did not work which is why i picked this hotel .

Great location and wonderful staff. Loved the amenities as well.

Overall the property was nice with a great view and quiet but close proximity to town.

The rooms are very old and that would be ok if they updated the beds and furniture. Stuff was like partially broken with like chips in the furniture. The bed had big lumps in it, and the pillows were not nice. The couch had somebody's hair all over it and was dirty in general. They gave us a handicapped room, so the walk-in shower didn't even have a shower curtain. The room in general was just very rundown. I was highly disappointed.

Rooms need a refresh asap

Love the place! Very relaxing and an amazing view of the lake. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and its close to everything. Only negative is that the bathroom needs a refresh. Tub was stained and looked dirty. The toiket had stains. Water temperature was terrible. It was luke warm at best.

Restaurant has great view. Hotel offer breakfast for a fee in their restaurant which we prefer better than some hotel that offer free continental breakfast. We had 2 orders of Nauti Breakfast on the menu and it was perfect for me and my husband. Our server, (sorry, can't remember his name) was very nice and served us promptly. Restaurant also have a nice view of the lake. Will definitely recomment to all staying in Havasu Lake.

The Nautical Beachfront is an incredible location with most if not all rooms having a lake view. The heated infinity pool overlooking the lake with attached bar was perfect. The grounds were well kept and very nice. You can tell that in its prime this was a top of the line lake front resort. The rooms had a little bit of an outdated feel/look but otherwise everything about the Nautical grounds and pool was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was okay. The breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Breakfast meats were definitely pre-cooked and served lukewarm at best, one dinner was okay, but forgettable, I don’t remember what I had but remember that I wasn’t overly impressed, the other night I ate soup and it was fantastic, so much so that I asked for seconds. So I guess I’d say the food was hit and miss, drinks were solid and priced right. I would definitely return, as the price point felt very appropriate for what I got for my money.
