We enjoyed the atmosphere full of cool sculptures. The beautiful map helped us enjoy the oldtown walking. Thank you!

立地が良い。ルームサービスのスタッフも気が利いていた。

3泊の内初日の部屋はコネクタルームで非常に騒がしかったが、指摘すると2日目より部屋を変更してくれた。

旧市街や中央駅にも近く、非常に便利なロケーション。 ホテル内のレストランも情緒満載のスイス山小屋風の部屋もあり、 快適に過ごせました。

期待が高い分、がっかりした点は、部屋が多少の不潔な匂いがした事、グラスが汚れていた点、そして朝食時のスタッフ対応が並のホテルレベルであった点です。 ロケーションは、湖に面し、街にも近く、申し分なしです。

非常にラグジュアリーで快適なステイでした。

３０数年ぶりのジュネーブでした。大変気持ちの良い天候にも恵まれ、充実した日々を過ごせました。初めての「マンダリン　オリエンタル」の宿泊でしたが、素晴らしく快適な時間を過ごさせてくれました。

ローヌ側沿いのリバーVIEW（５階）のお部屋に宿泊しました。　レマン湖沿いのホテルと悩みましたが、こちらにして正解。十分に癒される眺めでした。客室はとても清潔で、スイスらしくネスプレッソのマシンが備えてあり無料で飲めました。スタッフも笑顔で親切。バーやレストランのスタッフもしかり。とにかく気持ち良く滞在できました。宿泊費は高額ですが文句ありません。

素晴らしい部屋で快適そのもの。しかしWifiが有料なのは失望した。

Amazing breakfast and room was exceptional

The staff were extremely lovely. I came for my birthday and they went out of their way to give me a birthday cake. Which I really do appreciate.

Otima estadia ! A qualidade da agua de cortesia, o fato de ser filtrada e com sabor bem fraco é realmente uma pena e um diferencial negativo para a rede!!!!! Hotel bonito atendimento bom !

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, mais étonnant qu’il n’y ai pas une offre de restauration gastronomique, sans compter de tous les extras du petit dej, assez limite au vu du prix déjà payé , donne un côté cheap malheureusement pour ce bel hôtel 5 étoiles

My stay here was welcoming and mostly comfortable. Room was clean although it felt a little dated, they definitely tried but no denying this is an older property. There was a lovely little welcome bowl of fruit and a well stocked mini fridge. Both coffee and a tea kettle were provided. Air conditioning worked well and there was the option to open the windows which I loved. Bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and toiletries were high-end. I also noted the lack of a proper hotel lobby. There are two restaurants, one is pretty separated and the other opens towards the lobby although that seating is part of the other restaurant/bar area. So really no lobby seating which seemed strange. Overall a lovely stay; however, I would give another property a try before I stayed here again.

Établissement mériterait d’être rénové

The rooms were very small and dated!! I lost an earring and I can’t tell you all of the gross items I picked up on the floor trying to find it. Needs a refresh

Très loin des standards de Paris ou des Usa! Personnel manque de chaleur. Un cinq étoiles certes mais pas un palace .
