We enjoyed the atmosphere full of cool sculptures. The beautiful map helped us enjoy the oldtown walking. Thank you!

立地が良い。ルームサービスのスタッフも気が利いていた。

3泊の内初日の部屋はコネクタルームで非常に騒がしかったが、指摘すると2日目より部屋を変更してくれた。

旧市街や中央駅にも近く、非常に便利なロケーション。 ホテル内のレストランも情緒満載のスイス山小屋風の部屋もあり、 快適に過ごせました。

期待が高い分、がっかりした点は、部屋が多少の不潔な匂いがした事、グラスが汚れていた点、そして朝食時のスタッフ対応が並のホテルレベルであった点です。 ロケーションは、湖に面し、街にも近く、申し分なしです。

３０数年ぶりのジュネーブでした。大変気持ちの良い天候にも恵まれ、充実した日々を過ごせました。初めての「マンダリン　オリエンタル」の宿泊でしたが、素晴らしく快適な時間を過ごさせてくれました。

ローヌ側沿いのリバーVIEW（５階）のお部屋に宿泊しました。　レマン湖沿いのホテルと悩みましたが、こちらにして正解。十分に癒される眺めでした。客室はとても清潔で、スイスらしくネスプレッソのマシンが備えてあり無料で飲めました。スタッフも笑顔で親切。バーやレストランのスタッフもしかり。とにかく気持ち良く滞在できました。宿泊費は高額ですが文句ありません。

素晴らしい部屋で快適そのもの。しかしWifiが有料なのは失望した。

My stay here was welcoming and mostly comfortable. Room was clean although it felt a little dated, they definitely tried but no denying this is an older property. There was a lovely little welcome bowl of fruit and a well stocked mini fridge. Both coffee and a tea kettle were provided. Air conditioning worked well and there was the option to open the windows which I loved. Bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and toiletries were high-end. I also noted the lack of a proper hotel lobby. There are two restaurants, one is pretty separated and the other opens towards the lobby although that seating is part of the other restaurant/bar area. So really no lobby seating which seemed strange. Overall a lovely stay; however, I would give another property a try before I stayed here again.

The rooms were very small and dated!! I lost an earring and I can’t tell you all of the gross items I picked up on the floor trying to find it. Needs a refresh

Très loin des standards de Paris ou des Usa! Personnel manque de chaleur. Un cinq étoiles certes mais pas un palace .

Uma experiência interessante. Comparado aos Mandarins da Ásia não é tão bom mas ainda assim é bom. Muito bem localizado vc chega nos principais lugares a pé ou pode pegar uma bike que é uma delícia

The staff were amazing and so helpful with all of our requests. The room itself was very small and the hotel lacked amenities such as a swimming pool or any common area to socialize. Additionally, there wa no where to grab take away food

Very nice place excellent service

first time at the Mandarin in Geneve, the service is not what one would expect from Mandarin Oriental. three flies in my room throughout my stay. i complained to house keeping three times and did not do to rectify. on check out i told reception of this complaint - they did even apologise. I ususally stay at the Ritz Carlton, much better location, service like a 6 star hotel and more like the same price.
