Excellent location. Breakfast service is very good but starts at 8:00- so cannot be for business use. Refrigerator seems not working as my milk went bad. I’m lucky to find out as the milk became like yogurt.

立地は最高です。サンマルコ広場　すぐそはで、とても便利です。しかし、部屋の壁が布張りで、とても臭いです。風呂の浴槽には、栓がありませんでした。フロントのスタッフにお願いしましたが返事がありませんでした。残念！　朝食がついていて便利です。

ツインルームを予約したが、階段で部屋が分かれており若干個室のような感じでとても良かった。朝ごはんもパンやサラミ、チーズなどが置いてあり、美味しかった。また、すぐ近くにサンマルコ寺院などがあるためその周辺でヴェネツィア旅行は全て完結させることができると思う。

フロントのお兄さんが最後に忘れ物をとりに戻ったら、親切にしてくれ、ペットボトルのお水までプレゼントしてくれました ありがとうございました

サン・マルコ広場のすぐ近くに有り、どこに行くにも便利でした。ホテルはアンティークな感じで素敵でした。 ただ設備の古さはいなめません。 朝食は、パン、ハム、チーズだけのかんそなものでしたが、付いていただけでも助かりました。 バスタブが有ったのも良かったです。 お湯を下さいと頼んだら、快くすぐにサービスしてくれました。 近くにスーパーや土産物やさん、レストランが有ります。 夜も静かで良く眠れました。

The hotel was really decent but I traveled with my mom and was a bit uncomfortable for her all the stairs with the luggage The receptionist was not the most friendly guy but maybe it’s a cultural thing? If you book this hotel and have issues with stairs please contact them before hand so they can put you in the first floor. The place was very close the San Marco square.

We booked the hotel looking at the pictures we checked in at the main place then they told us to walk about a block and go to this shady place elevator was not working it was really dirty and bathroom was moldy. Beds were stinky

A very old but lovable hotel. It was quite the surprise to find it in a dark little alley. A fun stay in .venice

We arrived and no greeting. Just check in. No talk about services offered for site seeing- Just about breakfast. We go to rooms and only one has A/C working. We mention twice on the second day and they say they’ll get someone to fix it. No one ever came to fix it. Thank goodness we had our personal fans to help us get through the heat of four days!! ! The housekeeping service was great and provided us with clean towels, made beds and clean bathrooms! Just work on customer service when people arrive. This came as a recommendation but we will not be doing the same.

Lovely spot full of Venetian character. Super convenient location

Me and my friend stayed here the people at the front desk were super rude and unhelpful. Out shower didn’t have a door or shower curtain, when we got in the room and sat on the bed the headboard fell off the wall. The refrigerator did not work and when we asked if there was anything to do about it the guy infront was rude and seemed to not want to help. Overall it was a very bad experience we didn’t even sleep well because the bed was springy and horrible would not recommend and would not be going back.
