価格相応の場所でした。 バスルームやプール水など少し汚い部分は気になりましたが、他はよかったです。 海の景色もよく、開放感がありましま。

4 single beds のjr. suite の sea view とあったのに、チェックインの時にそんな部屋は存在しないと言われた。仕方なく部屋に行くと、ダブルベッドひとつとソファーがある部屋で、ここでは4人寝られないとレセプションに戻って話すと、コネクティングルームに変えてくれた。変えてもらった部屋は、海は見えない部屋で、sea view を楽しみにしてたので、ガッカリ。 さらに部屋のベッドにアリが10匹以上いて驚いた。 朝食だけは良かった。 本当にホテル側が言うように、シングルベッド4つの部屋がないのであれば、そう表記して売っているHotels.com も詐欺と同じです。 日本の旅行業約款に違反するのではないでしょうか？ とにかくこのホテルは個人的には二度と泊まらない。

改装中で昼間はうるさかくホコリっぽかったが、一時的なことと思われる。5泊したが室内の清掃が今一つ。窓ガラスは汚れ、シーツの交換は1回/3日。でもスタッフの誠意は感じられるが、成果は今一つ。NHグループになったばかりなので、今後に期待。

ジュニアスイートに9泊しました。 ・ホテル環境：シービューの部屋でしたので、窓からの景色、特に朝焼けが美しく毎朝起きるのが楽しみでした。また、サイトには階段のみと書いてありましたが、エレベーターが完備されています。wifiもサクサク動きます。フロントは英語対応可能。私の拙いイタリア語にも辛抱強く付き合ってくれましたし、雰囲気は悪くなかったです。ホテルにはプールもあり、プールサイドでのんびりしているお客さんもたくさんいました。ジムもあったようですが、利用していません。なお、週末の夜だけ、ヤンチャなイタリア人が海辺を暴走するので少しうるさいです。 ・朝食：イタリアらしい甘いクロワッサン数種類にノーマルなパン、チーズにハムが数種類と卵料理、野菜はトウモロコシとトマト、シリアルとドライフルーツ、さらにスイカや甘ウリなど南国フルーツもたくさんあり、大満足です。頼めばオムレツも作ってくれます。時間帯によってはスイーツも登場します。ジュースも飲み物も豊富です。 ・周辺環境：パレルモ中央駅から女性の足でゆっくり歩いて20分弱。道が悪いのでスーツケースは運びづらいかも。私たちは深夜の便でしたので、空港からタクシーを利用しました。約50ユーロなので、それほど高くないです。ホテルから徒歩圏内に美術館や教会など見どころがあり、また無料循環バスの停留所も近くにあったので便利でした。近くにはジェラート屋や採れたての魚が店の前に並んでいるトラットリアもあるので、毎日新鮮な海の幸のイタリアンを堪能しました。値段も安くて美味しかったです。 Mi sono trovata davvero bene, sia per l'alloggio che per la colazione.

空港からバスで駅前に着き、真っ直ぐな道でしたからスーツケース引きながら１０分程度歩けば、というタクシー使わなくても分かりやすく便利な立地。シーサイドビューだったので景色もよく、落ち着いて過ごせます。市内主要部をまわる無料バス(１５分程度の間隔)の乗り場も近く、観光や食事・買い物も便利でした。ただ周辺は夜は真っ暗で、ちょっと怖い雰囲気もありました。 ローマで同じ系列のホテルに泊まりましたが、こちらに比べるとこじんまりしていて地味な感じです。朝食ブッフェの品数が少し少ないかな、という印象です。 スタッフは総じて親切で、着いた日も雷雨になりましたが貸出傘がないとのことでしたが、フロントスタッフが嫌な顔せずに私物の傘を貸してくださり非常に助かりました。

部屋は清潔で、プールも隣接されていてバカンスには最適だった。朝食もおいしい。街の中心から若干離れているが、歩いでかければ街中を散策できてとても良い。

駅まで一本道で徒歩10分程度です。空港からのシャトルバスは駅発着だし、モンデッロやチェファルへ行くにも駅が起点なので便利です。主要な観光スポットにも徒歩で十分回れます。何よりプールがあるのがいいし、プールのスタッフはとても親切です。朝食も充実しているし、総合的には合格点と言えるでしょう。パレルモに行く際は又利用すると思います。

L’hôtel est bien mais le secteur où il est situé n’est pas super , prévoyez un taxi pour aller dans un bon restaurant Les prix des drink à la piscine son exorbitant 10.5€ pour une bière et 14€ pour un aperol spritz .

The hotel and the view from the balcony was very nice, but we had bed bugs and ants in the room and this destroyed our experience at this hotel. We notified the staff, but the problem was not solved and they have ignored our attempts to contact them after our check out. We left with numerous bites from the bed bugs and we will never return,

The floor in our hotel room was dirty. I had to throw out all my white socks. They could have washed the floor. Maybe that's why they give you slippers. The shower was the most ridiculous shower I ever seen. The whole floor in the bathroom got wet. There are no doors to open up, just a glass wall that covers nothing. You need 10 bath towels just for the floor. The food was the best part. We ate in the restaurant once and ordered room service once.

Fint ophold centralt beliggende i Palermo. Fine store værelser. Vi havde dog altan ud til vejen, hvor der var lidt larm. Fin morgenbuffet, personalet var dog lidt bagud på opfyldningen. Venlige og hjælpsomme receptionister.

Dejligt hotel, skøn pool og morgenmad. Rigtig fin beliggenhed. God service.

Vi hade 3 underbara dagar på NH Palermo hotel! Det var rent, personalen var trevlig och det kändes lyxigt! Vi bodde i family-connecting-room vilket var toppen! Poolen var anledningen till att vi valde hotellet. Poolen och poolområdet var fräscht och rent! Många verkar välja hotellet som avslutning på sin Sicilien-resa.

Breakfast was bad and to few tables. Had to wait 20 minutes to get table. Lot of insects (ants), got bitten several times. We did not get to separated singel beds like we had booked. Had to organize ourselves. One had to sleep without duvet for to night's before we got one. Bad view form windows. Lot of noise in the evening made it difficult to sleep. Pool area was nice. Staff was nice.

The main reception area and patio area was nice modern amd well maimtained. The pool was filthy there was a thick rim of scum around the whole perimeter. There was also a.severe lack of.sunbeds we.struggled to get a bed and yet there was plenty of space for more loungers lots of guests had this issue....hotel needs to invest in the pool area which im sure they wld be able to do with the amount of.money they charge for drinks! The drinks prices were extortionate and the service at the bar area was dreadful. Thankfully the only occassion we went to buy a coffee we waited 20 mins and then gave up as noone appeared to take out order despite seeing us sit there. We didnt have brekafast as we arnt big breakfast eaters and 20 euros each was alot. The location was ok but a good 20 mins to get into the main old.town for a.meal. well located for the station just a 15.min walk. Bedroom ok it was clean and cleaned daily and spacious a nice walk in wardrobe so plentyof space. We had no balcony but the window looked out side view of sea and the gardens and palace area and was a.nice view. They had music.some.nights but the garden was empty i think if rhey made.drinks cheaper people may have attended. The corridor was tired and there was a bucket catching a.drip the whole.of our stay. We enjoyed our stay but this hotel cld.do better.

Was a nice stay. Rooms were lovely. Pool needs a good clean. Staff were mostly great.

An okay hotel in a good location. Rooms are big and have good amenities but the bathrooms are dated and in need of an upgrade. We found that there was mould all over the shower and water stains in the toilet. The pool area is a plus but a lot of it is shaded all day which meant people coming to reserve sunbeds very early (pre 08:00am) and maybe only 20 sunbeds total that get sun. This quite often meant that many people were left without a sunbed or a sunbed in the shade even when coming down to the pool before 09:00am. It would be worth the hotel considering cornering off the whole pool area rather than just the pool to stop people coming down so early to reserve. We also found that people would reserve beds and then leave them for hours with other people struggling to find any and no action was ever taken. We found all of the staff nice and helpful but one thing I would say is that the prices are astronomical at the hotel. We paid €7.50 for a 30cl can of Coke and €5.50 for a bottle of water. Whilst I appreciate that prices increase for convenience, there is a shop just down the road that sells cans of soft drinks for €0.66 so paying over 10x more felt like we were being ripped off. Overall an okay hotel - with a few improvements I think it could be great.
