The rooms in the 4 area were to small

Todo bien, excepto que: La regadera no funciona muy bien y la tina bañera estaba resbalosa.

Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Room was cleaned and made everyday. Having outdoor pool is great, but it can use some updating. Tiles are falling apart. Location is good.Close enough to walk to the centre or a quick taxi ride (only cost 80 pesos). Some areas definitely need refurbishment especially floor tiles in bathroom and mosquito screen in the room. We had to use bug spray bed time. Restaurant is good. Love the food we chose.the waiting staff just amazing

Si traes vehículo.... esta propiedad es perfecta. Excelente ubicación y una vista muy linda dexla ciudad. No tienes que batallar con estacionamiento.

Me gustó mucho que tienen transporte al centro de la ciudad. La alberca ya necesita mantenimiento y el WiFi no llegaba hasta la villa en la que me hospedé. Las camas se hundían un poco. El baño bien y con tina. La habitación era muy amplia.

El baño de la habitación standar es antiguo y no está bonito. Las fotos del baño no están cargadas en el expedia, entonces no me di cuenta sobre el estado de las mismas. A lo mejor, pasaba desapercibido el estado del baño, pero al recibir una habitación que tiene un mal olor proveniente del baño, entonces todo el encanto del hotel se va al piso.

Pase unas lindas vacaciones. Todo estuvo muy bien.

El hotel está bien, suficiente cuando vas a estar paseando y conociendo o tal vez de negocios y solo lo usas para dormir. Hay desayuno bufete con costo que esta bien y tiene alberca aunque fría, supongo que dependerá de la temporada. Las instalaciones son viejitas y con alfombra, pero se veía lo suficientemente limpio.

No consumí alimentos

Spacious, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. The rooms feel open and well-designed, and everything is super clean. The staff really makes the difference, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without overdoing it. Overall, a solid stay that just gets it right. Would definitely come back.

Muy buen hotel y el Desayuno bueno. Parece lejos, pero realmente no lo está. Puedes ir caminando al centro en 20 min.

I have stayed here many times in the past. We often stay closer to Alcala if we are traveling with people who want to shop and do sight seeing activities every day. But for a relaxing, stress free time in Oaxaca there is nothing like being a little separated from the bustling downtown, elevated above the city with panoramic views, a great bar, restaurant, room and pool service, and easy parking.

I loved my 5 night stay at the Hotel Victoria. Staff was lovely, responsive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. The old world charm and the grounds were wonderful. The pool is big and beautiful and chilly at this time of year but swimmable on gorgeous grounds. The only reason that I don’t have more 5 star ratings is because the building is old and it’s so challenging in this climate to keep up a property of this size and to keep it affordable. I first had a room with an old moldy bathroom but I requested a room change and received it the same day with a cleaner bathroom. All of which I appreciate. Breakfast daily in the restaurant was a great way to start the day and to end the day at the the bar was great.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room overlooking the city was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. The only inconvenience was that the bathtub drain did not work very well, so the water took a while to go down. Aside from that, everything was very good.
