Staff and accommodations were out of this world. Will definitely make this our go to hotel in Austin!

Hotel was excellent but to find the valet parking was a bit challenging

All was as expected.

The hotel and hotel personnel is exceptional. Front desk,restaurant and bar crew are very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing we encounter was the bathroom mold smell in our room.

Poor water pressure in sink in bathroom

Room furniture was really old. The cabinet door was brooken.

Close to 6th

Property was nice and clean, just a little older than expected. For the price, I had higher expectations, but it was still a nice stay.

Lovely stay!

Everyone was so nice and attentive. Especially room service. We appreciated the hospitality by the whole staff including the bar. The food and drinks were delicious. Walking distance to everything including 6th street where we had so much fun

Great staff club level was not as nice as expected

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable.

Hotel is fine. Bed is small. I continued to get charges against my credit card after I checked out.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for walking to many interesting places. Two things they could have improved on: When we checked in we were given a card for a free drink for one person. There were two of us checking in and I thought they should have given us one for each of us. I even asked about it and they said, no it was only for one. Also, in the bathroom there was only a small tube of hand soap that you had to open and close. I asked about getting some different hand soap and was told that was all they had. I had to go to CVS and buy my own!
