イベント会場であるBournemouth International Centreに近いので、3回目の利用でした。 毎回快適な滞在をしています。 ロンドンからも車で行きやすいです。 今回はその後コーンウォールをめぐるドライブをしました。 ホテル自体がイギリス南部の海岸に位置しているので、この時期(1月)でも日本より寒くありませんでした。 シーズンオフなので、観光地が空いてて助かります。

朝食も美味しくて快適でした。 ただ、イギリスではよくあることですが、建物が古いため、客室の廊下などが傾いている感じでした。

I stayed 4nights with my friend. It was very confortable and clean room. So I stayed relaxed. It was convenient place for me, because during that stay, I went to see the Dance event in the Bournemouth International Center. It took within ten minutes slowly walking. And I did not expect breakfast, but it was very good. I enjoyed very much in every morning. If I had a chance to visit agin, I'd like to stay here.

Good place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Spa and pool area is good with a good steamroom and sauna.

Easter Weekend, arrived on Good Friday 2pm to be told to go back at 3pm, which was the proper check-in time. We were allowed to leave bags and took the opportunity to explore area. Got back at 3pm to face a queue of guests waiting to check in and only 1 person on desk. When we got to speak to teh person on the desk we were told that our check in details have not come through, but she had all our info, asked for payment and asked us to wait and that she would get back to us. We went to the bar and ordered a drink, waited for approx 45 mins before heading back to the desk to find out what was the delay. At this point she said all was OK and gave us the room entry card. Room was of good size and clean, bathroom was also clean although it would have been better to have glasses instead of plastic cups. Bed was comfortable. Room view was to the street, which was fine. The hotel is well situated and has a few nice family restaurants near by. Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming, helpful and bright. Spa/Swimming Pool was a bit of a hit and miss, we did not see anybody attending it, the gym is fairly tired and in need of new equipment. The Pool is good and big enough to exercise as well as just enjoy a splash. The jacuzzi is also of good size and enjoyable. THe Sauna is good, but could do with a bit of aroma. The Steam Room was nice, but was not working all the time. The bar was also decent and it seem to be popular for afternoon tea. Parking is NOT FREE.

Staff member Thomas was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Hotel is average and rooms have been updated. Parking spaces very compact.

Breakfast was a little cold, reception staff I found very rude and not welcoming. Told them there was blood on the sheets and they didn't change them I then had to ask the cleaner myself. Awful drainage smell in the bathroom.

£12 for car parking which was hidden I the hotel details but nice hotel clean and good amenities

Clean staff was nice and friendly helpful spa was really good Only1 thing there was no food or snacks on Sunday evening

Great gym and pool, located near beach and amenities

The hotel was very quiet clean and the staff are excellent,especially one of the mangers Thomas ,who was very helpful with are heating and all the advice he gave us .

Quite dated and noisy. I could hear everything from my room unfortunately so didn’t sleep well at all.

There was an issue with our room and we had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed and then it wasn’t able to be fixed and no room swap was offered. On the first morning of breakfast we arrived with 45mins left of breakfast service and most of the food was gone and not being restocked as well as the juices.

The staff were wonderful, the room was big and the bed was very comfortable, the pool and spa was a nice treat after a long day.

Really good value for money. Room was clean, shower was hot and had good pressure. The pool and spa facilities were lovely. Good location, and easy to park.

Parking was easy but the spaces are tiny

Pretty clean room. A good amount of dust, didnt change bedding once. Staff was helpful. All basement facilities was great. Was verbally abused multiple times in the immediate surrounding area
