Good

Perfect location for catching a show at the Embassy Theater. Clean and attractive downtown location

Guest services were friendly, housekeeping prompt and very considerate, especially Ashley. However, restaurant staff treated me like a thief when I misunderstood this property did not offer complimentary breakfast and dared to touch a plate. I guess to him my money wasn’t good enough for the similar quality meal I received for half the price at the Starbucks. Now I know. I chose to use their microwave for all my meals during my 4 night stay instead. I saved money and certainly didn’t have to feel unwelcome while enjoying my meals payed with my hard earned money. I’d also like to thank him for reminding me where I come from and apologize for any inconvenience I caused him for the misunderstanding. I clearly don’t belong in this hotel’s fine dining establishment which gives the same quality breakfast as the 2 star hotels he believes I am accustomed to using. I’ll do my best to never make this mistake by walking into that restaurant again.

Bathroom aging and lighting poor. Public restroom out of toilet paper and paper towels. Hotel was very busy, bar area understaffed with 1 bartender and 1 waitress. They did a great job trying to keep up with the demands.

Our room smelled like wet dog. The toilet seat was falling off. The bed was very uncomfortable mattress was all broke down. Parking was great except you had to pay every time you left or came in. They tried several times on the vouchers. It did not work we ate at the restaurant. Food was OK dessert, strawberry cheesecake. Wife bit into it and pulled out a big chunk of plastic out of her mouth was very unhappy and I’ve stayed at many Marriotts.

Hair in the shower. No body wash in dispenser. Good location for our embassy plans

Bathroom setup is odd, toilet and shower share a room and sink is outside that room. No toilet paper in room. No vending machines on floor. Parking is across the street in multilevel parking.

Great place to stay when going to the Embassy Theater

Everything was very nice

It was a Valentine's weekend trip for us. It was clean enough, and pleasant, and comfortable. The good is the staff are excellent and the service is excellent. The bad is that the hotel is outdated and really needs to be refurbished.

I cannot properly review the property as I could not stay at my desired date due to technical issues I expierenced which is why i can only give 1 star. I had booked a room for April 26th however when i recieved my confirmation from Expedia it says my stay has been confirmed for Feb 26th. I did the proper thing and contacted Expedia insted of the property to resolve this. Expedia said that they would reach out to the property and clarify my issue and see if things could be resolved. Turns out that they couldn't and now I paid for a room I could not stay in due to something out of my hands. I understand that the property has their own policies about cancellations or changes to reservations. I just have a problem about how my situation was handled.

We were not informed the pool was out of service. staff was not super friendly.

This is a very convenient location for downtown Fort Wayne. Plenty of food near by and parking is connected via skybridge. I appreciate the checkin and checkout times being 3pm and 12pm. Cleanliness could definitely improve.
