風呂の栓が壊れていた以外は満足

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Boston. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was quiet along the hallway. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only “issues” I encountered were that the thermostat didn’t stay at the temperature that it was set on, and the sliding door to the bathroom got stuck closed a couple of times. I do think the thermostat not staying at the desired temperature was user error, as I was not confident when changing the settings. The “stuck” bathroom door opened if the door was slid all the way to the end of the track, then slid open again. I could see someone not thinking of this in the moment and panicking a bit, so I did report that incident to the front desk to give them a heads up. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back for a future trip to Boston.

Well maintained property, typical of Hilton. Very impressed with the “gym” as it had a lot more than typical hotel gyms. Could not figure out the tv remote for the life of me, and not sure why it was 16 inches long lol. Weird continuous ticking noise that went on the whole time we were there; luckily easily drowned out by the AC unit though. Buffet breakfast was simple and good enough; worth $14 per person if you’re hungry. Overall a good stay. Would stay here again for the $160 King Bed and tub

Great stay.

This is, by far, the most pleasant experience that I've had staying in Waltham or surrounding areas. They take precautions to keep you safe during your check-in, such as not saying your room number outloud if there are others in line at check-in, and also giving you two keys , which, as a solo woman traveler, I appreciate because no one knows that you are alone, or which room is yours. The staff are incredible and will make you feel comfortable and welcome. The entire property is spotless, inside and out. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The restaurant has delicious choices, and very friendly staff. The housekeepers are stars. They are the best of the best. I received excellent service from every single person. The price is incredible as well. There is no need to look elsewhere because you will not find a more pleasant, clean hotel in the area.

Nice property/friendly place

This place is spotless. The staff are outstanding. The food in the restaurant is very good and very well priced. Everyone here seems to go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The price is extremely reasonable for what you're actually getting. This is the best place to stay in Waltham hands down. I'm down here frequently for medical appointments and will absolutely be choosing this hotel for all future trips. No where else can you get 5 star treatment at a 2 star price.

The staff at the hotel was lovely. We did not use any of the amenities while there but did order breakfast. The waffles were great! And reasonable. We purchased some snacks from the ‘store’ inside the lobby. We were attending a graduation at Brandeis so the location was our reason for choosing this property. There is no walkability so we needed to Uber everywhere.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The front desk offered to fix it. It was a cheap run of the mill stay. Nothing was dirty so if you’re looking for a place for maybe a night or two on a budget it’s not a bad option

The beds were soooo comfortable and room was so quiet. What an enjoyable stay.

Very clean rooms and easy location

This hotel was actually pretty nice for the price. The rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. We could hear people in the room next door being somewhat loud in the afternoon but it was quiet at night. In the morning I could hear some doors slamming but overall it wasn’t noisy. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. The main lot was kinda small and poorly set up. They had more parking on the side and in the back but because we got back late the only parking left was in the back and was poorly lit. There were plenty of spots in the back because there is a big lot which looked like it was possibly once shared with a now closed hotel behind them. The only entrance in the back was to the pool and I think because the pool was closed at that time we had to walk all the way around. I thought we could at least cut through when we left in the morning but you needed a room key to get in the pool so once again we had to walk all the way around in the rain. Minor inconvenience but still annoying. There wasn’t a whole lot to eat in the immediate area but within a 8 minute drive. It was about 20-25 to Boston and you didn’t have to get on the highway and it was a nice area. I would stay again.
