バラハス空港からタクシーで15分です。IFEMA Madrid で国際会議があったので宿泊しました。IFEMA Madrid まで徒歩で20分の位置にあります。閑静な住宅街にホテルがあるので静かで治安もいいです。その反面、周囲にはレストランは少ないです。また、Madrid の観光の中心地へはメトロを乗り継ぐと30〜40分くらいかかります。ホテルは平均的な設備で可もなく不可もなくです。観光ではなく、IFEMA Madrid での用事がメインの日程であればいい選択肢のホテルです。

Resort hotel but it's not good enough.

広さも十分で快適な滞在でした。

価格的には良かった。湯沸かしポットが無かったのが不満な点。

出張で利用しました。IFEMAに近いところで値段も高すぎないというところで探したのでそれほど期待してなかったでしたがかなり広大でひとブロックまるごとホテルの敷地と言うビックリな感じでした。 敷地内にはプールもあり自由に入れたようです。 ただ送迎はしてくれるのですがあまりに人が多すぎて乗れないなんてこともしばしばありました。一人だけが送迎していたのでもうすこし大きな小型バスくらいがあると良かったなと思いました。 フロントの方は親切に対応してくれました。スリッパがなかったので買うのかと思ったのですが用意してくれました。元々部屋にないが言うと用意してくれるのかもしれません。 朝の朝食込みでしたがバイキング式でスペインの生ハムやポテトオムレツなど またスイーツ パン各種と様々種類がとても豊富でした。

地下鉄5号線の駅まで徒歩10分ほどです。 深夜（12時過ぎ）の送迎は電話がつながらず利用できませんでした。 朝も混んでいると1時間近く待たねばならず結局タクシーを利用（約15ユーロ） 朝食はとてもおいしかったです。

4星ですが日本のビジホなみです。フロントの対応が冷たかったのが残念でした。空港近くでシャトルバスは出ていますが街へ出るには徒歩、メトロ乗り換えで1時間近くかかるので不便でした。私は翌朝の便が早かったので使いましたが観光には不向きかも。

Great place to stay a bit far from Madrid but beautiful place

Buen personal y buen desayuno, estaría mejor si comenzase antes de las 7, se evitarían aglomeraciones, algún empleado más a primera hora también ayudaria

We booked Best Osuna Feria in Madrid for my daughter and her partner because the listing showed a pool and good facilities. Unfortunately, their experience was the complete opposite of what was advertised. Upon arrival, the reception staff were not particularly friendly, and the room they were given was dark, dingy, and felt unsafe. The curtains couldn’t be opened because the room was on the first floor directly next to the entrance, meaning anyone passing by could see straight in. To make matters worse, the door did not lock properly. This was reported to reception, but the staff seemed uninterested and even laughed. They offered to pay to upgrade, but were informed that no suitable rooms for couples were available—only family rooms. We then discovered that the pool was closed and completely empty, something we were never informed of prior to arrival. There were also no facilities available at all—no sunbeds, no tables or chairs—nothing that could compensate for the lack of a usable pool. Given how unsafe and uncomfortable they felt, the only option was to move them to a different hotel at our own expense. This was extremely disappointing and has left us out of pocket, although thankfully they were still able to enjoy their time in Madrid, which is a beautiful city. Expedia, I strongly recommend reviewing this property and considering removing it from your listings. The experience provided was nowhere near what was advertised.

Para mí la ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de mi destino El hotel es feo, mal tenido, la pieza sucia con tierra debajo de cama y muebles En ningún caso es 4 estrellas Desayuno bueno y variado

Todo estuvo bien. Nada malo, ni resaltante. El penúltimo día, saliendo del hotel a dar un paseo por la ciudad, me acerqué al front desk y quise programar un late check-out por un fee adicional y me dijeron que era imposible, que no se podía, que todo estaba copado, sin siquiera ver la computadora. Al regresar, le pregunté a otra persona del front desk y muy amablemente me dijo que claro, que no había problema. Hay mucha diferencia cuando te quieren servir y cuando no.

Habitacion espaciosa, el personal del desayuno y el desayuno excelentes, silencioso

Habitación con humedad y moho en las paredes. La humedad se traspasa al ambiente y no es agradable para la salud… Hablando de ruidos… el ruido de las puertas parece que estás en la casa de los Adams. Suciedad en el suelo y baño… Si estáis dudando si quedaros en este hotel, id a otro
