My most favorit hotel in NO Close enough to French Quater.

The absolute best experience for Mardi Gras! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure my kids knew what to do and where to go to have the best time! Spotless hotel, polite staff, and unmatchable hospitality! Will def be back next year!

Stayed here a couple days before Christmas. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and accommodating, especially the valet guys and front desk.

Beautiful dining room for breakfast and coffee. Very friendly and eager staff from the front desk to the bell service and valet.

Didn’t have breakfast but the check in process was seamless and the bellman was so helpful

Loved our stay!

Lobby and amenities were very nice! Our room was nice! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t control the temperature in our room. The front desk said they would send up a maintenance person, but no one ever came. I’ve been wanting to stay here for 30 years. I finally had a chance, and my wife and I couldn’t lower the temp of our room. I told the front desk when I checked out, and all they said was “Sorry”.

Nice hotel but check in isn’t till 4pm but when I went for room it wasn’t ready Couldn’t get in till 5, we had made plans to meet some friends after we rested a bit but it didn’t happen We were offered 2 bottles of water Not even a late checkout 😞

Only problem was an elevator out of service

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Unfortunately that is the only good experience from my current stay. Upon checking in we were not given the room type that we booked and paid for. We booked a king size bed and we were given a room with two double beds. When we entered the room we noticed that the room was warm. The thermostat was reading 77 degrees. Immediately we called the front desk and they did send an "engineer " to look at the air conditioner. Within 20 minutes someone did arrive with a ladder and made some adjustments. We did leave for dinner and 3 hours later the temperature was reading 73 degrees. Once again at 8:22pm we called the front desk about the air conditioner. Another "engineer " and another ladder later and another adjustment...we had hopes it would be fixed. We left to attend a Christmas Party and at 12:47am (4 hours later) the temperature was reading 71 degrees. At this rate maybe by the time we check out the room will be comfortable enough to sleep in. I just wonder if we would have received the room we booked would we have a working air conditioner? I have been to this breathtaking hotel for events and lunches, and I have always wanted to be a guest. This unfortunately will be my last visit. This is a beautiful hotel. That being said bottled water will cost you $8 at this hotel. There is no courtesy water in room. I booked with payment at hotel in arrival. They charged me more than 50% of my bill one month before my arrival. You have to go all the way down to the lobby for ice. Not an easy hotel
