Wonderful resort. Food was fantastic, service was great, and the resort grounds were stunning.

Excellent vacation. Great service. Make sure to get access to the lanai—made the trip having access to snacks, food, and a place to relax.

My husband and I had the best honeymoon here! Everything was perfect from the staff to the opportunities around the resort. We will definitely be returning someday!

We opted for a ground floor room with an outdoor seating area right outside our sliding glass door. When we checked in, people were already sitting in our area and didn’t wanna leave because it was in the shade. Eventually, they did, so no harm no foul. Upon checking in, we had to ask the maid to come back into our room to re-clean because there was hair in the bathroom, shower, and toilet area on the ground. The food was good, but we would’ve rather opted for a cheaper room in hindsight. Would not go back.

First time being there and loved every bit of it. 10/10 on everything. The only thing is would like to see a shuttle pick up from airport to hotel if possible

The property is stunning and with something for everyone. If there were something you could do differently it would be to lessen the heat (material that captures less heat) near the pool where people leave shoes at chairs to get into the pool~or design space/shoe holders near the pools

Great hotel but overpriced for what it was. Didn’t feel great about the lack of life guards at the pool or beach. We were there during the tsunami warning and the staff were amazing in the regards.

We found a large cockroach in our room. Staff was slow and unhelpful on many occasions. Luxury rooms and club rooms did not provide a higher level of service. Dirty pools. Definitely disappointed.

First time at this particular property and we absolutely loved it. We are used to staying 5 star and this property did t disappoint. The pools were great, location spectacular and general vibe of the property was just perfect. The only downside is that food options were a little limited for this size of property but there are also plenty of restaurants very close by walking distance to choose from as well. Highly recommended Rsort!

It was nice stay; however, they were not very accommodating with late check out and the cleaning room service was ok. I found vodka trash bottles throughout the room and another person’s retainer. The valet service was excellent. Market food was quick, delicious and tasty.

The ocean view room was stunning, interior staff amazing. The only complaint we had was the pool waiters rarely came around and so we had to frequent the actual bar all week when we wanted food or a drink.
