総合評価とレビュー Hampton Inn Charleston-Southridge

市内の別のホテルに行ってしまったが、親切に当ホテルへの地図をコピーを貰った。国道左手坂の上に当ホテルの看板が見られる。ショッピングセンターの一角にある。外装工事中で裏口から入る。アメリカに多い節水固定シャワー。バスタオル掛けや冷蔵庫はなし。朝食は普通で、フルーツサラダは、オレンジとパパイヤだった。

The staff was great.

The staff was friendly. The room was what was expected. Breakfast was good. My daughter always loves the waffles!

Hampton has remodeled most properties near interstates. This one is dated and tired. Worn surfaces. Doesn’t have the modern bright LED lighting (some LED bulbs but not a re-do and abundance of fixtures). The toilets are early versions of low flow before we figured technology out. Handle had to be held multiple seconds. Not my style for $170.

Shout out to the late night receptionist here sunday night feb 2nd! The type of friendliness and human encounter that just makes your day better. It’s a night shift at an inn so I don’t expect anything from the service, but it was just a pleasant surprise. This guy is clearly proud of his job, likes people and walks life with respect to his work and others. And that’s so nice to see. And Hampton in just never disappoints with the cozy clean rooms.

Decent hotel

Nice place great staff pool was great but crowded no towels second day.

The hotel is great and we would stay again. Front desk was friendly. The only problem we had were the pillows, very uncomfortable. Otherwise fantastic and we will just bring our own next time ❤️

It was great except for housekeeping coming an hour and a half early trying to rush me out of the room at 1030 when checkout was at 12. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways talking to each other and rude. But other than that it was great!

Our room was comfortable and quiet. We needed a place that was pet friendly and we’re very happy we chose this location. We were just here for one night but it was great and we’ll definitely stay here on our way back home

I didn’t like that they price gouged due to storm. When I checked prices for same night and same room day before it was $112, snow storm came and they raised it to $159. Same room and day.Taking advantage of people

Great place, awesome pool and a great hot tub

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was not very comfortable to me, however. Much too firm.

The room was smelly. It smelled like oil or a dirty garage. It was hard to regulate the temperature. One window unit for a double room suite. The studio suite had a kitchen area with lots of EMPTY cabinets. Not a single dish or utensil. The bed was very old, hard and bedding had rips and outdated. The television does not stream. Local channels only. The location is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool area was nice. The breakfast had lots of choices.

Very pleasant staff. Extremely comfortable bedding. Quiet! This place was really comfortable and it was a real pleasant experience.
