Everything was good except for a water pot in the room which was a little bit unclean.

The hotel is older but everything was clean and lobby area very nice. Great security. Front doors are always locked, and some one at front desk 24 hours. Staff was very nice and check in and check out very fast. We were given a cute bag at check in with a bottle of wine, water and snacks. Thought the hotel was walking distance to SF giants stadium but at night sketchy. Took lyft and it was 12.00. We had double deluxe room, very small room, my son is 6’2 so bed was small. I thought bed was comfy only the pillows were not comfortable. Union square and lots of shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if only 2 of us in the room. Room way to small for more then 2 guests. We stayed to attend game so basically just slept at hotel and it worked out ok

Room photos are completely inaccurate. Room smelled musty. They do not providebath robes as stated. Square footage of rooms is completely inaccurate. Number of towels and pillows provided was unreasonable (2). However, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Das perfekte Hotel für den San Francisco Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist "Low Key" und trotzdem sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage zwischen Union und Powell ist unschlagbar. Einziges Manko ist die Parksituation. Es gibt wohl einen Valet Service, der aber nicht besetzt ist, keine Haltemöglichkeit hat und recht teuer ist. Man kann stattdessen aber gut in der nahegelegenen Mason-O'Farrel Garage parken.

Hotel built after great San Francisco fire very well upgraded as possible for small rooms.

Property was nice and very close to restaurants and shopping. The only reason I didn’t get the property an excellent is because there was trash under the pullout couch and behind the desk. Also, the daytime staff was not super friendly, but the evening staff was nice and helpful. But probably willing to give this property, another try and hope for better results.

Staff are very accommodating.
