とても上質なホテルで何も問題はないです。歴史的建造物なのでやむをえないとは理解していますが、値段の高さを考えるとお部屋は狭いなあというのが実感です。

お部屋は綺麗で快適なんですが少し狭いです 日本人にとっては湯船がないのが残念でしたが他は問題ありません 美しいオアハカのランドマーク的なホテルです

16世紀に造られた修道院を改装した全91室の高級ホテルです。ホテルのエントランスには常にガードマンが立っており、ホテル内のサービスも洗練されています。 ホテル内は良く手入れされた中庭やプールがあり、クラシック＆ロマンティックな建物とあいまってとにかく写真映えします。夜はライトアップもされます。 部屋にはエアコンも付いています。ただどうしてもこの手のホテルはバスルームがイマイチになってしまいます。バスタブはあるものの、湯をはるには浅すぎるし（そもそも劣化が激しく栓が壊れていた）、シャワーも固定です。洗面台もかなり低い位置で子供にはいいけど、大人は使いにくいです。ただし、水からお湯に変わるまでにそんなに時間はかからないし、一度お湯になれば温度は保たれます（メキシコでは途中で急に水に変わったりするので）。部屋の冷蔵庫は鍵かかかっているので使う場合はボーイに鍵を開けてもらいましょう。 朝食は一人360ペソで洋食とメキシコ料理のいいとこ取りが出来るブッフェです。朝から生演奏が楽しめます。 オアハカ第1の観光ポイント、サントドミンゴ教会のすぐ近くなので立地は最高です。 ホテル前には常にタクシーが止まっていて、それで空港に行きましたが500ペソでした。オアハカに来たら1泊だけでもこの雰囲気を味わってみてください。宿泊せずとも建物内を見学させてもらうのもいいかもしれません。

今まで泊まったメキシコのホテルの中で、1番サービスが良かったです。 飛行機の時間の都合で、朝10時頃ホテルに着いたのですが、街を散策している間に部屋が準備できたと電話してくださり、12時頃には部屋に入れていただきました！(通常通りチェックイン時間は15時) ホテルのお食事もとても美味しく、ルームサービスもお届けが早くて、食べたい時にすぐにお食事がいただけました。

El hotel es inmejorable en Oaxaca, pero si creo que con poco, podrían tener mucho mejor las habiataciones, baños, regadera, tina llaves de agua, son muy muy viejas y desgastadas, igualmente el mueble de la TV, lo demás muy muy bien, lástima..

Es una propiedad en un edificio que por ser monumento histórico, no permite tanta comodidad los escalones, pues todos están con diferente peralte. Por lo tanto la subida al segundo nivel es difícil, tiene un buen grado de conservación. Sin embargo resulta ser un poco fea la recepción esas cortinas son espantosas yo creo que yo no me volveré a quedar en ese Hotel, mi habitación estaba en un segundo nivel con vista a un patio bonito y en general estaba como tuve suerte porque luego me enseñaron unas en planta baja que estaban horribles con vista a la calle más baratas por supuesto creo que podría ser mejor, manipulación digital, el servicio de camaristas es bueno la cama estaba cómoda. El personal fue muy atento sin embargo, si merecería una buena remodelación! El desayuno me pareció rico probé unos huevos de rancho la fruta está incluida igual que el jugo y había un trío que cantaba muy bonito. Podría pensar igual volverme a quedar si cambiaron esas cosas que no me gustaron y que podría ser un lugar mejor, un Hotel céntrico y queda cerca de muchas cosas ojalá lo remodelen, igual y si me volvería a quedar, lo podría volver a pensar!

El hotel tiene una gran ubicación, la atención de todo el personal fue muy amable y profesional, recepción, Bell boys, camaristas, meseros y, en general quedamos muy satisfechos.

La comida muy rica !!! Las habitaciones muy cómodas !!

Fui a boda

Stunning historic property comprising a 16th century former convent and preserving rich architectural details. Lovely spacious room with a great shower and luxury linens and towels. The service in the hotel is first rate, including within the restaurant and poolside bar. Excellent food in the restaurant served impeccably by an obviously well trained staff. Location was perfect near the markets, cultural attractions such as the Centro Cultural Sto. Domingo.

We have stayed at several Quinta Reals in Mexico, but this is by far the most stunning one. We had the most wonderful stay at this historic property. Everything here was so charming and well taken care of, the staff is amazing, food incredible and perfectly located to enjoy such a magical place as Oaxaca.

It is a beautiful property, a former convent built in the 1600s. EXCELLENT AC!!! :-) Lots of beautiful flora. The staff is great, super helpful and friendly. You are right downtown with excellent restaurants and cool shops. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful hotel with a great historical past. The gardens are very beautiful with colourful Bugambilia and flamboyant trees. The rooms haven’t been renovated in a very long time and the bathrooms are basic, but the pool is certainly the best in the historical center. The service is exceptional. It also feels very safe with guards posted at every entrance.
