The free breakfast was super good! Getting a full entree from the menu as opposed to a regular buffet style hotel breakfast was a really nice touch, considering I paid the same price for the suite as I would have for a two bed room with no breakfast vouchers. I also really appreciate only charging a 50 dollar security deposit, some hotels charging upwards of 200 dollars is ridiculous.

Room was clean, well priced and accessable.

This is a lovely all round hotel, and always my first chance to stay. The public spaces with various water features, plants and stone dividers wending around lounges, restaurant and paths are so very relaxing, and the staff are exceptional. The airport shuttle is a lovely convenience, and one not many hotels offer any more.

Clean room. Fast, friendly check-in. Only 1 smoker outside the front entrance. Should move smoking area to the backside of the hotel. Disgusting smoke smell as you walk into the hotel. Definitely takes away from the beauty of this nice hotel!

Room was great. Stayed in a Corner King Suite. Was surprised however that when I went to check in after 4:30pm that my room was still not ready. They offered a complimentary breakfast voucher, which helped.

Housekeeping: 2 night stay, housekeeping should have gone in to make beds and. Change towels !! Front desk said I should have requested it….if housekeeping is not included in stay then why is second night the same cost. No towels to shower on second day.

Check in was smooth. Staff was great. Room was clean. And thanks to Expedia we received 2 breakfast vouchers
