Huge room and comfy beds. All staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. Was a bit noisy in the morning with people leaving their rooms etc...

Great location and helpful staff

Clean comfortable room (but shower leaked). Friendly staff especially restaurant. Spa was great. Good bar selection (could have been open a bit later tho)

I checked in after a long day at work, fine no issue, went to my room having not been told that the hotel was running some sort of halloween offer as there were kids EVERYWHERE! so I came down stairs at approx 5.50pm to use the pool and steam room only for one of the receptionists run like mad to stop me from entering the pool telling me "its full when arent letting anyone else into the pool" ok fine i'll just use the steam room instead, "no were nit letting anyone in full stop" EXCUSE ME having paid a substantial sum for a one night stay I dont expect to be told I cant use facilities I'VE PAID FOR because you choose to turn the pool into Butlins. I am down in the area for work again in a couple of weeks and guess what... I wont be spending another penny in that hotel. Outrageous, extremly unhappy, nobody checked on leaving if everything was ok etc etc. Just took my money and basically gave me the impression I just have to suck it up.....

Amazing pool, great food, walking distance from the central railway station and the city center, 2 deli markets across the street. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Birthday weekend trip, had a lovely birthday treat in the room waiting The room was nice and big Separate bath and shower is nice and mini fridge The shower leaked a bit so soaks bathroom floor which was only annoyance of the room We used the gym and pool A family allowed their young children in/out the steam room which I felt was not appropriate as letting all the steam out but no staff around to report. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming We had G&T at the bar and the bar staff were friendly and enthusiastic Overall a really nice stay

Staff were lovely, pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable, shower did not drain and upon arrival that the room we booked was not available so were given a different room

It would be useful for all reception staff to be familiar with the buses etc for people without a car. Also the map of Cardiff is really incomprehensible added to which reception needs to be able to read the map fro guests. The catering staff were very efficient and helpful
