清掃は毎日じゃない

3度目の利用になるが、これまで同様、部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせた。朝食のビュッフェも選択肢が多く満足。午前中の到着に合わせてアーリーチェックインにも対応してもらい助かったが、部屋が変わったことで料金が増額になったことは残念だった。

部屋は常に清潔でした。 また、アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトの相談にも、親切に対応いただきました。 今回宿泊した部屋はシンプルな部屋でしたが、出張での宿泊には大変満足しています。

スタッフの方達が親切でした

ホテルバスは無し、イエローラインEnterCamposで降りて北側出口(空港線レッドラインからの乗換で一番前)から出ると目の前にホテルがあります(改札口を出て左⇨右⇨左で階段を上がる) ホテルはよく見ないとわかりません。 南側交差点を渡ると使えるスーパーもあり。 朝食のオムレツ他、卵料理はスタッフにお願いすると作ってもらえます。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、ボディローション有り。 コンディショナー無し。

基本的に快適でしたが、問題点は、 シャワーの水力が弱い（部屋は6階）、 湯船に髪の毛が残っていた、 です。 フロントは24時間オープン。 朝5時のタクシーをお願いしましたが、親切でした。

hotel conveniently located within 10min taxi ride from airport (taxis are cheap in Lisbon) and very close to metro station. hotel room is roomy and quiet. staffs are friendly and informative w/ tourist info. breakfast is adequate, though it feels a bit cramped with a small dining area and a large number of guests. the only real complain is unreliability of WiFi connection. though free, it is very slow, and the last two days my computer cannot connect due to failure to obtain an IP address. My guess is there are too many devices on my floor trying to connect to a single WiFi hub. tough to work w/o a reliable, high-speed connection!

スタッフも英語をはなし気さくj、朝食スペースは少し狭いが本来のスペースを改装中の為との事であった、室内はバスタブが大きく深い為湯につかる事が出来た。

リスボン到着が23時と、深夜でしたので空港からタクシーをつかいました。タクシーで10分くらいでホテルに着きました。部屋も広く、アメニティも充実しており、ゆっくり休むことができました。

The airport was very close to the airport and the metro & train station. I chose it for those reasons as I was running the Lisbon Half Marathon and wanted to have close access to transport and the airport. It's a bit far out of you plan on spending a lot of time in the city centre. The room was very nice and well maintained. Great rainfall shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of items. Having said that I was disappointed that the breakfast area wasn't opened earlier on the day of the half marathon (the NH hotel in Valencia had offered this which was part of my reason for selecting the same chain in Lisbon). I was offered a picnic breakfast but it was rather underwhelming as an apple, yoghurt drink, a carton of umbongo, and a dry (no butter) ham and cheese sandwich. Considering we were told no late checkout was available on the Sunday because too many half marathon runners were staying and so they felt they could not offer this service then it would have been nice if an early breakfast service could have been offered. I was grateful that they made the health centre showers available to runners after the race when we were collecting our bags

Very nice and clean room and good facilities. No issues. Parking is a challenge at the hotel expensive and difficult to navigate ans very tight. Otherwise a very nice hotel.
