・古い建物の割には客室、建物全体ともにキレイにメンテナンスがされており快適に過ごすことができた。 ・朝食は非常に美味しかった。 ・スタッフの対応は少し不満。客室の清掃は「タオルの交換およびバスルーム内のごみ箱の回収のみ」という依頼をしたが、その依頼が実行されたのは4泊中の2泊目までだけでそれ以降は通常通りの客室清掃がなされていた。

スタッフはみんな真面目で一生懸命でした。 接客の様子は人により差はありますが… 立地はいちばん良いと思います。 施設は古いです。今後もう少しメンテナンスは必要かなと思います。

庭がキレイでした

宿泊日の1週間前に部屋の無料アップグレードのご提案をいただき、素敵な部屋に宿泊させていただきました。スタッフはとても親切に、色々相談に乗っていただき、感謝しています。私はBC コネクトバスを利用してバンクーバー空港から直接ビクトリアに来ましたが、ビクトリアのバス停からちょっと歩きますが、徒歩でホテルまで来れます。また、街の中心まで徒歩圏内なので、観光など色々便利です。初めてホテル建物を見た時はかなり驚きました。昔の貴族の館を改装したような外観で周囲の建物を含めて、外装も内装も素敵でした。朝食はアメリカのホテルよりはちょっと良い感じでした。

Not so exciting points but good relaxing stay we could

Overall great stat. Great staff and great breakfast included. The location is great and everything is in walking distance. I was pleased with how quiet the rooms were and how clean. My only gripe would be the hallways definitely need updating, they seem very old and not attractive. But once in your room it’s easily forgotten. Be aware there is construction going on across the street but it never interfered with our stay. It’s a great nostalgic style hotel in the heart of Victoria.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage perfekt. Die Zimmer etwas veraltet aber sauber. Parken konnte man am Wochenende gratis auf der Nebenstraße.

i just felt that my stay there for two nights was not worth 1100 dollars !! but having said that the breakfast i had there was Great.

We were disappointed in the breakfast staff. They were not welcoming; matter of fact, they were rude. The desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room was subpar.

I was rate pet friendly rooms as a 2.5 star but the rest of the hotel as a 3.5-4 star. Very basic breakfast, beautiful grounds, and amazing location.

Terrific walkable location at the Inner Bay! Comfortable beds, clean room. Great daily breakfast buffet that is very well organized. Staff very helpful when we stayed first in a loft room, then discovered the bathroom is downstairs and the bed is upstairs, so they moved us and our luggage to a standard room. This is an older room with limited plugs, so bring an extension cord if you use CPAP's. Only "upgrade" needed is better quality condiments for your in-room morning coffee. We bought some creamer at a local store and kept in the refrigerator in the room.

I loved that walking into the hotel right off the bat had a classy look and feel to it. Our room had hardwood floors. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. I liked that it went later into the day (until 11) so we didn’t have to rush in the morning. The hotel is in walking distance to the marina as well as a beautiful park. We also appreciated the underground parking as we had a designated spot which made going out and coming back less stressful as we did not have to worry about not being able to find parking. Most importantly it was quiet and we got a good nights rest. When we visit Victoria again, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We loved our stay here! It was close to all the attractions and it was very convenient to have secure underground parking!
