宿泊日の1週間前に部屋の無料アップグレードのご提案をいただき、素敵な部屋に宿泊させていただきました。スタッフはとても親切に、色々相談に乗っていただき、感謝しています。私はBC コネクトバスを利用してバンクーバー空港から直接ビクトリアに来ましたが、ビクトリアのバス停からちょっと歩きますが、徒歩でホテルまで来れます。また、街の中心まで徒歩圏内なので、観光など色々便利です。初めてホテル建物を見た時はかなり驚きました。昔の貴族の館を改装したような外観で周囲の建物を含めて、外装も内装も素敵でした。朝食はアメリカのホテルよりはちょっと良い感じでした。

Breakfast was fresh,plentiful and on time. Staff amazing and the calming music in the background was soothing.. Rooms were clean,content with our stay.

I really enjoyed the location of property and the breakfast. The property had a nice old Victorian feel to it would stay there a gain in future for sure

I had 2 rooms reserved and when we got there, they said both rooms had maintenance issues and were closed. We were sent to another hotel.

They had a very good breakfast Buffet. The last day we were there the toasters were not out. Staff stated they were a fire hazard and made the toast ahead of time, which wasn’t very tasty but there were enough other options to choose from. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area from the bedroom, which were really appreciated. The only negative was we were on the first floor and it was very noisy, probably due to no carpeting in the rooms. It was loud every time someone ran water. We paid extra for parking but it was nice having indoor parking. The proximity to the harbour and Fisherman’s Wharf was wonderful as we could walk to many places.

Older building so you don’t get the fresh new clean feeling. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good. Amazing location.

The location is ideal to access downtown; quiet. The complimentary breakfast is quite good with variety. It does not have the modern / extra amenities of a newer hotel.

Very good value as breakfast included. Can get busy in the dining area, so go early. Our suite had kitchenette which was reasonably equipped but in need of refreshing (tired paintwork, etc). Bathroom on the small side but shower powerful. Good location (construction work opposite until summer 2028)

Breakfast menu was good most days, always something to find. Room curtains can't close all the way as the a/c was there and not safe with curtain in front. Also would appreciate some glasses in the bathroom to rinse mouth when brushing.

My room on the back side was great — comfortable bed & linens, a nicely equipped bathroom, good blackout curtains, and all very clean. Great location, easy walking to all the attractions, the included breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were super. The only negative for me was the high price for parking - $18/night.

The breakfast room ambience is terrific. The food was fresh and varied. Appreciated having kitchen in our room for those times when we wanted a meal in rather than heading to a restaurant. Appreciated the walking access to inner harbour amenities.

Was an awesome experience. Great location and able to walk wherever you wanted to go. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Noisy most of the night. We had a suite with a sleeping loft and queen sofabed.below. There were 3 of us The sofabed was so uncomfortable that my husband gave up and slep on the floor
