スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。　旅先で電子チケットを印刷しなくてはならないとき、困っていることを話したらすぐに手助けをしてプリントアウトしていただけました。　また、アフタヌーンティーも急なオーダーにも関わらず快く受けてくださいました。 　お部屋は広くて綺麗ですが、残念な点は、 ●シャワーを浴びると水がトイレフロアに流れてくる（隙間からこぼれる感じです） ●冷蔵庫がないので外で何か買って保存することができませんでした 昼食はビュッフェ形式で、美味しかったです

Decent dinner with good help on the gluten free selection 4 extremely good breakfast with really friendly helpful staff 5. Great with the dog 6. Nice garden 7. Great price. We went to attend the funeral of a close friend, the hotel was beautiful with excellent service.

Hotel is a bit tired. Ok for an overnight stay. Nothing special. Paid for a superior suite which evolved to be very noisy from a party in the conference suite.

Efficient, helpful staff, clear organisation, clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful grounds, quiet.

If hosting an event or wedding this place is probably fine but when you are a tourist it is miles from everything. This hotel is completely rural, you cannot walk to any pubs or restaurants, the town is a 12-15 drive. Staff are great, zero complaints. It is a bar area amd restaurant but the bar lacks charm and atmosphere. Plenty of parking. The rooms are fine but dated and the hotel does not have a lift. If you are planning to tour the general area as a tourist i recommend something closer to town where there is more to do around you

La struttura é vetusta, anche se in un contesto bucolico. Il tavolo per la colazione va fissato in anticipo e comunque alle 10 viene tolto il buffet. Non c'è ascensore. C'è un forte odore di muffa nella hall. Per il resto ok

Beautiful building, room immaculate but a bit tired in places.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast choice was excellent. The drinks choice was very good.

Handled a difficult restaurant situation perfectly.

The room was ok but the bathroom was a little dated. Being on the top floor the ceiling in the bathroom was angled over the bath so showing signs of paint peeling and cracked tiles. The bed i found too hard causing back issues and we had to keep opening the window due to the room getting to hot. Besides that the room was spotlessly clean, breakfast provided a good selection and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a lovely rural location and it only took 15 min to get into the centre of Gloucester.

The room was great - clean and with the facilities we wanted. It was warm in the room with no thermostat though. The staff were fabulous - nice and friendly in the bar restaurant and housekeeping.

Too hot at night instructions to adjust would have handy, room was nice and clean though. We were staying as we were attending a party and the food was delicious, sadly I couldn’t say the same for the bacon on the breakfast it was not cooked through the rashers were still folded in half as they come in the packet. We had a two night stay but sadly will not be booking again

This hotel looks great and has a cat which is nice. However, the noise that comes from the plumbing, gym and other rooms is quite substantial. I didn’t get the best sleep.

Staff are great and really make you feel welcome. Even though the menu was limited the evening meal was very good and the breakfast buffet tasted very fresh and lots of variety, though I would like to have seen potted yogurts more than just the plain variety in a bowl. The room was very clean and had a great shower, though slightly dated it’s a great place to stay in lovely grounds
