スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。　旅先で電子チケットを印刷しなくてはならないとき、困っていることを話したらすぐに手助けをしてプリントアウトしていただけました。　また、アフタヌーンティーも急なオーダーにも関わらず快く受けてくださいました。 　お部屋は広くて綺麗ですが、残念な点は、 ●シャワーを浴びると水がトイレフロアに流れてくる（隙間からこぼれる感じです） ●冷蔵庫がないので外で何か買って保存することができませんでした 昼食はビュッフェ形式で、美味しかったです

Lovely building in nice setting. Room was old fashioned but spacious and clean. The staff were very good although check in is a slightly wierd set up and our room wasnt ready until shortly after 3pm. Overall lots to like with one big BUT, I paid £17/50 for the worst fish n chips ive ever had, and thats a lot of fish n chips!! Fish was awful, chips were not chips but fries and the mushy peas were countable in quantity, truly awful meal. I probably wont go again but as i say there were good aspects

Hotel is in a very good location. An old manor house. The inside of the premises looked like it was refurbished but the outside is in need of TLC & a very good clean. The grounds are lovely. Our bedroom was good apart from tea cups that were not washed. Over all a very nice stay. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was good too. Excellent staff with very good customer service. We will visit again if in the area.

Very enjoyable stay after a day’s cycling. Ate in the bar at night - food was fine but not outstanding - service excellent. Breakfast on the other hand was very good indeed. Hotel has a strange layout in that there are no lifts - to get to our room you had to go up approx 15 steps, walk along a corridor, then descend another staircase - very strange and not too welcoming after 4 hours on a bicycle !!

We had a great one night stay in the hotel and the room was excellent. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Our only disappointment was there was no 4G available and the WI-FI didn’t work in the bedroom.

We had a room on the 4th floor standard room, the curtains near the wall had mould on them. The bathroom was very retro in decor. pillows need replacing. Bed was fine. Overall outside looked nice.

Great grounds and pleasant facilities. Large rooms with dog friendly access. Room provided was a little tired but very comfy. Great breakfast anf lovely staff.

We were checked in by the friendliest receptionist EVER! So helpful & really made us feel relaxed. The hotel is easy to park at & the rooms were a good size & peaceful.

The hotel was in a great location and look amazing, the staff were friendly and everything was going well, until we entered the room, the cleanliness was subpar to say the least, the bathroom was the worst, there was mildew and dirt that had been there for sometime as you can see from the pictures.

Very nice hotel very comfortable

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, lots of choices for diners. Breakfast was buffet style, very varied and the view from the dining windows looked over the grounds. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely evening meal that was good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We accidentally set fire to a breakfast pastry and they were so understanding about it! Many thanks for a great stay.

We booked 2 rooms for one night as it was a great location for visiting Gloucester and Cheltenham. The rooms were comfortable but looking a little run down. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and quiet location.

Staff were polite and friendly, hotel had a bit of a tired feel in places, dust behind, radiator in bathroom, toilets near reception not overly keen, cups in room for tea and coffee but no teaspoons

Nice hotel and location. Good breakfast and bar food was tasty. Seems popular with dog owners, so just something to take note of.

Character hotel bordering miles of countryside. Comfortable large bed on top floor, with good breakfast. had already eaten on arrival so cannot comment on evening meal. Top floor room did have sloping ceiling, but no issue. Plenty of free parking and lovely quiet setting.

Had a lovely stay for the new year. Staff were brilliant but this hotel is in need of some updating. We had a superior suite but the bathroom was in need of updating and the carpet in the bedroom had stains all over it. We probably wouldn’t stay again for these reasons. The New Year’s Eve party was excellent and the staff were great.
