スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。　旅先で電子チケットを印刷しなくてはならないとき、困っていることを話したらすぐに手助けをしてプリントアウトしていただけました。　また、アフタヌーンティーも急なオーダーにも関わらず快く受けてくださいました。 　お部屋は広くて綺麗ですが、残念な点は、 ●シャワーを浴びると水がトイレフロアに流れてくる（隙間からこぼれる感じです） ●冷蔵庫がないので外で何か買って保存することができませんでした 昼食はビュッフェ形式で、美味しかったです

The food was impeccable. All the staff were so helpful, even helping my old dad to use the small lift as he couldn’t walk upstairs. Would highly recommend.

Weekend visit, comfortable bed and pillows, lovely surroundings, but the lady on reception on friday/ Saturday was so welcoming, went above and beyond, what an embasadore for your hotel.

Nice hotel but could do with a lick of paint here and there we had a privilege room but looked nothing like what was o. The photos

The hotel and staff were fabulous. The food was delicious and our room couldn’t have been cleaner, but we were above the foyer toilet and had to endure every flush, hand wash and hand dryer - which got annoying. We’d definitely stay again but would ensure it was in a different room.

Beautiful location, friendly service, clean and wonderful.

We had an amazing weekend as our daughter got married here, staff were attentive and so helpful. The breakfast was really good with loads of choices, the only negative was that the rooms were so hot but they did provide a fan (no aircon)

Hotel was lovely, the bathroom wasn't particularly clean and the room felt quite dull, but staff and food were excellent

E njoyed the building and gardens. The breakfast was a delight. All the cereals, fruit the lot. Pkus the amazkng cooked breakfast to die for..great alround.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel we love it here staff are friendly polite and helpful lovely seating areas. Lovely and quiet ! Amazing air con in the room especially with the heat over last weekend!!

The hotel is in a very attractive location and it looks good from the outside. However it does not have a lift and has no air conditioning. This made my stay very unvlcomfortable.

Nice location, good amenities and area for walking dog. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

the hotel, while not the most updated, was nice, well run, and on beautiful grounds. No AC or elevators, but accommodating staff and nice restaurant and bar options. there were two proms on the property back to back which we did not get a heads up about… it made parking very difficult which was not ideal after coming back from a day trip.

Good selection of food for breakfast, would have been even better if it was hot, instead of just warm. In all probability I will not return
