スタッフの対応がスムーズで迅速だった。

朝食がおいしい。スタッフが親切、英語も通じる。チェックアウト当日に少し出かけたかったのでお願いしたら、荷物を一時預りしてくれた。

ムルシア訪問時の常宿です。市街中心部へのアクセスも良く決して豪華絢爛な雰囲気ではありませんがコンパクトで施設や設備は機能的。コスパも良くビジネスでも観光でもオススメです。

Spacious room, spotlessly clean and changed every day. Superb location by park close to tiwn centre. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choice, home made jams, fresh pastries and hot food. Excellent value.

Room was fine however very warm, and found out that there is no Air Con. A hotel in Spain with no Aircon!!! I turned it on initially to cool the room and it heated it to 26 Deg Centigrade. No free water available in the room and expect to be charged €3.5 for a bottle to use for washing your teeth. Bar was miserable and dull but drinks were fine and bar staff were pleasant Breakfast buffed was fine but to many queue's for the coffee machines. Liked the fresh orange juicer which was a nice touch Hotel was fine but I don’t think I would probably use it again if in town

O quarto era barulhento. Ouvia-sem o barulho das mercadorias/cargas que entravam no Corte Inglês e havia muitos nevados na rua que gritavam na calçada do quarto.

Staff very helpful. Hotel close to all shops, walking distance. Good and safe parking. Amazing buffet breakfast

Personal amable. Cuando reclamé, me informaron se un problema en la calefacción y no me avisaron antes de pasar la noche allí. Pasé toda la noche a 19 grados. La ventilación de calefacción echaba aire frío. Si saben que tienen un problema que puede afectar a la salud de los huéspedes, deben ofrecer una alternativa.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Einzig das Wasser im Zimmer könnte günstiger sein.

Luego de dos días de estancia que no funcionaba correctamente ni la ducha de agua caliente, ni la caja de seguridad, logré que me cambiaran de habitación. Me quedo un sabor agridulce. Los empleados encantadores
