衛生面が良くなく、孫が嫌がった(虫がいた)

My experience was stressful, the staff had no idea what was happening and the check in was absolutely stressful, been going here over 15 years and it has gotten worse, the rooms were not clean at all, I found a few cockroach’s, overall I was disappointed

I stayed there 3 months ago, in a room in the main building which was great value. This time I stayed in a room in the outer motel-type building. Heater was poorly placed and inadequate; bathroom light turned off after about 5 minutes and could not be turned back on; curtain inadequate to eliminate glare from bright outside lights. Modern lighting and microwave, and full sized fridge, were not enough to overcome other shortcomings. 2 poor nights' sleep.

Our room was clean, although it is a very old building. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast was very good lots of choices.

Room was exactly as pictured. Very clean and quiet. Nice big bed. Great value for money. Breakfast area was chilly/drafty though.

The staff were fantastic! My boyfriend and i spent a weekend there. It’s not fancy, just a place to stay but was comfortable

When I got into the room I had to find the plugs to plug the lamps in. The room was clean. The mattress felt old and stiff.

NEVER EVER stay here. Room Fridge DOES NOT WORK. Telephone DOES NOT WORK. NO tea/coffee machine in room. Whole property is full of snow—NOT shovelled.. Room cleaning is NOT DONE. 3-4 nails are coming out of carpet. I showed all to front desk. Unprofessional staff. Breakfast NO GOOD. Coffee makes you puke. Elevator & other common areas NOT vacuumed for months. Hence Only 6.4 rating. I am not making it up. I stayed in room 247 from Jan 28-30, 2026. I WILL NEVER RETURN. There are so many hotels in Niagara Falls.

Best value hotel in Niagara Falls! Friendly accommodating staff and big room with microwave and fridge and a smart TV (you have to set it up yourself by connecting to the Wifi). Wonderful breakfast with sausage, eggs, home fries, bread, tea, coffee and juice. Easily accessible by bus or if you drive, there’s plenty of parking and it’s free. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended.

There is no heat in the rooms except a small 6 inch plug in heater. It was -15 outside and the wind came through the air conditioner which had not been blocked off. The young girl at the desk came with bot tape and taped off the AC and gave me another blanket. Motel is very old and tired. I do not recommend it. Should have realized about the cold when the receptionist was wearing a winter coat at the desk.

We entered the room for thirty minutes and left. There was blood on the sheets and yellow stains with hair all over it on the others. It was very dirty and not clean at all. Then once we asked to leave they would not give us a refund. Don’t waste your money

The room was in disrepair. Carpet had spots where nail strips were exposed, no T.V. remote in the single bed room, other remote was missing the back cover. No utensils in kitchen. No hangers in the closet to hang coats or clothing.
