朝から晩まで、外に出ていたので、ホテルでは寝てるだけだつたが、快適だった

We stayed for 8 days and over all we liked the hotel. Front desk was very helpful. One thing we might have hoped for was that a bottle water for coffee was gone after first few days. It might be a little thing but this little thing does make difference. We would stay again when we go to Madrid. Thank you. 8日間滞在しましたが、フロントでの対応も親切でとても良かったです。一つ残念なのは、コーヒーに使うお水が四日目以降なかったと言うことでしょうか。小さい事ですがこれもサービスの一貫かと思います。またマドリードに行く時には滞在したいと思います。

Great reception, good room, good location! The person at the reception was really nice and well organized to ask anything. I really like here.

フロントの男性が最低最悪。ホテル業にこんな意地悪な従業員は初めて。チェックインまで時間があり、チリからのフライトで疲れていたのでロビーでチェックインの時間まで待っていたが、迷惑そうな態度で、また翌朝、迎えの車が来ても連絡してくれず、仕方なくタクシーで空港まで行くことになってしまった。ホテル自体は綺麗だが、本当にこうゆう奴がいたら2度と泊まりたくないし、折角の旅行のいい思い出も帳消しになってしまう。

Excelente estadía. Habitaciones impecables. Limpieza al día.

Hotel ubicado en una zona muy simpatica y segura. El cuarto podría tener mejor iluminación, pero en general, todo muy bien. Un poco alejado de las estaciones de metro.

La ubicación no me pareció muy adecuada,las habitaciones y baños bien. El personal de mala gana hasta grosero, no pueden ayudar a nada, solo mencionan q solo hay una persona en servicio, me parece fatal teniendo el hotel lleno No volvería por nada

Good area

El hotel está muy bien situado, en el área de Nuevos Ministerios, con cafeterías y lugares para desayunar o comer y muy bien conectado. La única objeción es que las instalaciones necesitan un poquito de mantenimiento. El personal del desayuno excelente, atento y amable; el desayuno variado

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was fine as well and the location was in a walking distance from the Metro station! The major downside was the rather noisy traffic and the tapas bar over the road, keeping you awake late at night. The neighbours were also quite loudly with not much privacy left!

Me gustó el aislamiento de la habitación ante los ruidos y el bufé.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado. Quarto confortável, apenas colocaria mais pontos de iluminação, pois para trabalhar fica difícil.

Bem localizado. Hotel simples mas funcional.

Tranquilo y todo ordenado. Quizás iría bien una luz general en la habitación, más potente y no tantas pequeñas.
