朝から晩まで、外に出ていたので、ホテルでは寝てるだけだつたが、快適だった

We stayed for 8 days and over all we liked the hotel. Front desk was very helpful. One thing we might have hoped for was that a bottle water for coffee was gone after first few days. It might be a little thing but this little thing does make difference. We would stay again when we go to Madrid. Thank you. 8日間滞在しましたが、フロントでの対応も親切でとても良かったです。一つ残念なのは、コーヒーに使うお水が四日目以降なかったと言うことでしょうか。小さい事ですがこれもサービスの一貫かと思います。またマドリードに行く時には滞在したいと思います。

フロントの男性が最低最悪。ホテル業にこんな意地悪な従業員は初めて。チェックインまで時間があり、チリからのフライトで疲れていたのでロビーでチェックインの時間まで待っていたが、迷惑そうな態度で、また翌朝、迎えの車が来ても連絡してくれず、仕方なくタクシーで空港まで行くことになってしまった。ホテル自体は綺麗だが、本当にこうゆう奴がいたら2度と泊まりたくないし、折角の旅行のいい思い出も帳消しになってしまう。

Hotel ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo, residenziale, con ogni servizio che potrebbe essere necessario. Pulito con camere ben arredate ma purtroppo non insonorizzate, si sente tutto quello che fanno e dicono i vicini. Bagni abbastanza datati, a mio parere da sistemare. Nel pomeriggio si può usufruire di una merenda gratuita a disposizione nella reception. Metro 2 Canal, a pochi passi dall' hotel.

Habitación limpia y cómoda con una gran terraza estupenda, sobre todo en la sexta planta. El cuarto de baño necesita una actualización. La bañera no sirve para nada y hay poca presión en la ducha. Sin embargo había muchísima presión en el lavabo. El desayuno bien pero nada del otro mundo teniendo en cuenta que cuesta 15€ (12€ si lo contratas en el check-in para toda tu estancia. Hay que llegar pronto, dejan de reponer a las 9.45 o antes.

Nice hotel rooms and good location

This is a cute hotel and easy to get to local grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. The rooms are smaller than shown in the photos. Patio was small, table was dirty, outdoor lights are very dim. The lights in the room are also dim but windows provide good lighting. We had 3 in one room and the 3rd bed which is a cot on the floor is uncomfortable and covers the patio window door therefore can't open. The check in guy was not friendly, never smiled and didn't give a warm perception of the hotel. He also was standing outside once when my mom and I stepped out and didn't greet us but greeted the Spanish speaking guest that came behind us. The other receptionist, housekeepers and breakfast hosts were all very friendly. Breakfast option is exactly the same every day. This is good place for 1-3 day stay but we stayed 6 days and that got boring. Being woken up at 1am by garbage pick up truck noise every other day was no fun. Bathrooms are spacious and includes a bidet.

Room is ok but not worth the price .

Desk staff was fairly accommodating considering the language barrier. Amenities were decent, but lacking body lotion which you can get if you ask for it. We would have liked a bar soap in addition to the pump cleanser. Housekeeping staff was excellent, willing to supply us with extra water and whatever else we needed…as we opted not to have our room cleaned every day. Breakfast was decent; enough so we didnt seek out other breakfast options elsewhere. Nice to just go down to the breakfast room daily. Annoying was the nightly dumpster emptying after midnight, but nothing csn be done about that. I would recommend this hotel to others. Convenient location.
