空調の効きが今一つだった点以外は気持ちよく滞在できた

Day timeのスタッフは笑顔で気さくに対応してくれ、手荷物の預かり等柔軟に対応してくれてよかったが、夜間スタッフの対応が総じて無愛想であり、ホテルに戻ってきた時にホッとした気分を味わえない。

メゾネットタイプのお部屋でしたが水回りが上にあり上下の移動がちょっとめんどくさいかったです。あと56lサイズのスーツケースを開く場所がなかったのが不便だった。タオルを毎日交換してくれなかったのが残念。良かった点は若い男性スタッフ二人はとても親切に対応してくれてサービスの融通も図ってくれたのはとてもよかった。あと立地が良く時間さえ許せばいろんな場所に徒歩で出かけられる。概ね満足です。

Our room was a little tight for 4 people but we made it work. The hotel was very comfortable & very conveniently located. It was quiet & we felt very safe. They also have a wonderful honor bar if you want a little wine or a drink at the end of the night.

A fantastic boutique property in a really nice part of Paris. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, not to mention a couple metro stations also close by. Very easy to navigate and see all the famous sites using the metro.

Good location, close to metro but we walked to the popular sights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean with good air con, fridge and coffee. Would stay there again.

The hotel room "fit" my family of 4, however there was no space to open a carryon suitcase. I was surprised to find a hotel room in Paris for 4, the space was not enough for 2 adults/2 children that travel with carry-ons. Location was excellent though.

I have returned again and again. Great location on a quiet street. Walkable. Staff goes above and beyond.

The property was small. It was not in a great location, but def walkable to Metro. The night or evening staff very unfriendly and had no information. Couldn't answer any questions regarding the area or transportation. Didn't want to be bothered. Rooms were extremely small. However, property was very clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast was very nice and house keeping staff and lady who took care of breakfast very accommodating.

Rooms were great. Convenient and walkable to D'Orsay.

La primer noche no hubo agua caliente, nos tuvimos q ir a aún hotel a bañarnos por nos dijeron que podría ser hasta la noche! Los baños tienen mucha humedad, una ventana enorme q si la abres se meten 809 moscos, la verdad no es buena opción
